La Tinga Poutine From Frite Alors!

We went to Frite Alors! as it's near our hotel, not particularly interested in what they had this year called "La Tinga" for La Poutine Week.
The webpage says the Parc location, but the one on St-Catherine also had this poutine.
The actual dish didn't look like the image and it's much more "brown" instead of orange with La Tinga, which is shredded chicken.
La Tinga consists of pulled chicken, tomato, red onions, garlic, chipotle peppers and sour cream.
I moved some lettuce and fries on top, but I didn't see tomatoes so they might have been used in the sauce?
Pulled chicken was a mix of thigh and breast, but the chipotle sauce was flavorful and strong enough to cover the odor.
It didn't taste that spicy as the poutine was covered with sour cream besides was made with regular gravy sauce.
I liked the spicy, garlicky, and sour taste of La Tinga, yet I liked last year's Poutine Tacos more.

There're large pieces of cheese curds and they're squeaky.

いて、特に内容に興味はなかったけれど、ホテルに近いので行って来た。
ウェブページにはパーク通りの店舗と記載されていたけれど、サン・カトリーヌ通りの
店舗でも提供していた。
割いた鶏肉とオレンジ色のイメージ画像とは異なり、実物はもっと茶色がかっていた。
La Tingaはプルドチキン、トマト、赤玉ネギ、ニンニク、チポーレペッパー、サワー
クリームが使われている。
レタスやポテトを動かしてみたけれどトマトは見えなかったので、ソースに入っていたの
かもしれない。
ポテトは少し油っこくて柔らかく、外側はほんの少しだけサクッとしていた。
チーズカードは大きな粒もあり、歯ごたえがあった。
プルドチキンはモモ肉、胸肉が混ざっていて、風味が良くしっかりとした味のチポーレ
ソースのお蔭で臭みはなかった。
プーティンはサワークリームと通常のグレービーソースもかかっていたので、あまり辛く
なかった。
La Tingaの辛味、ニンニク、酸味はなかなか美味しかったけれど、私は昨年のプーティン
タコスの方が好きだった。
