I went to Broue Pub Brouhaha on Lorimier Avenue, that a bar but known for the smoked meat, too.

The space was huge, but it's not that first thing I noticed.
Somehow the large bar smelled like urine in the entire space...

Menu

I ordered a petit size classic poutine.

A fork was stuck in the poutine.

Fries were medium thick, gravy looked dark and topped with parsley.

Fries were crispy, and the dark colored gravy sauce was peppery and had smoky scent.

It tastes like salty demiglace sauce with smokiness.

Except large pieces, cheese curds were not squeaky and they're salty.

The poutine was salty, and I tried to ignore the stickiness but I really felt sick of the smell of the space.

Lorimier通りにあるBroue Pub Brouhahaというお店はバーで、スモークミートのお店と
しても知られている。
店舗は広かったけれど、最初に気がついたのは広さではなく、広い店内の尿臭さだった。

プチサイズのクラシック プーティンを注文すると、フォークが刺さった状態で出された。
ポテトは中太でグレービーソースは色が濃く、パセリが乗っていた。
ポテトはサクサクしていて、濃い色のグレービーソースは胡椒が効いていてスモーキーな
香りがし、塩辛いデミグラスソースにスモークの香りが足されたようだった。
チーズカードは大きな塊を除き、全体的に柔らかくかなり塩辛かった。

プーティンは塩っぱく、気にしないようには努めていたものの、店内の臭さに気持ちが
悪くなってしまった。
