Meiji launched its famous winter-only chocolate series called Meltykiss on October 25, 2016, and the flavors are Green Tea, Premium Chocolate and Fruity Strawberry.
The latter of 2 flavors were available previously, but it's my first time to review green tea flavor.
This chocolate is well known for the velvety melty texture, and this year's catchphrase is "Melty, Rich and Creamy" since you can enjoy the dense cacao flavor with creamy and rich milk.
The packaging was light green with snowflakes.

Chocolate was individually packed.
The each pouch was light green with golden logos.
It's less powdery than the image on the box.
The chocolate was so soft and delicate that while holding it with fingers, it started melting.
Green tea inside was slightly bitter and the rich green tea flavor lasted quite long time.
I love green tea so that the long-lasting deep and grassy flavor with not too sweet chocolate was anything but heavenly good.

後者の2フレーバーは以前にも発売されていたもので、今回初めて抹茶味のメルティー
キッスのレビューを書く。
今年のキャッチコピー「とろけて、濃くクリーミー」の通り、カカオの濃厚な香りと
ともにクリーミーでコクのあるミルクが味わえる、くちどけにこだわったチョコレート。
箱は淡い緑色で、雪の結晶が散っていた。

今年もまた一歩、あじわいに磨きをかけました。
カカオと抹茶が織りなす、濃くクリーミーなおいしさでやさしくとろけるひとときを...。

淡い緑色の袋に、金色でロゴが入っていた。
箱の画像よりも粉っぽさがないチョコレート。
チョコレートは柔らかく繊細で、指で持っている間に溶け出した。
抹茶は少し苦味があり、濃い抹茶の味が長く続いた。
私は抹茶味が大好きなので、ずっと続く濃厚な抹茶の香りが甘すぎないチョコレートと
合わさり、とても美味しかった。
