Building Blocks Stuffed French Toast From Alamo Drafthouse Cinema

At Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, we had Building Blocks Stuffed French Toast inspired by Lego Batman The Movie besides Carbonara Pizza: Chapter 2.
The press release photo showed there're some convex parts made of bread to make it look like a lego block, but actual dish didn't have those detailed presentation.
When the plate was brought, it's already dark in the theater so that I'm using the release photo.
On the menu, it's described as "Texas Toast stuffed with Maple Blueberry Cream Cheese, covered with Syrup, Fresh Blueberries, and Powdered Sugar."
However, this french toast was very dried and I don't think there's maple blueberry cream cheese stuffing, also the powder sugar always went into long tube while eating and had us cough.

プレスリリースの写真には、レゴのブロックに見せるために凸型のパンが上に乗せて
あったけれど、実物はそのような凝ったデザインではなかった。
料理が運ばれて来た時には劇場内が暗くなっていたので、プレスの写真を使用。
メニューには「メープル ブルーベリー クリームチーズ入りのテキサストーストに、
シロップ、フレッシュ ブルーベリー、パウダーシュガーをかけたもの」と書いてあった。
* テキサストーストとは厚くスライスしたパンのこと
ただ、このフレンチトーストはメープル ブルーベリー クリームチーズが挟まれていた
ようなしっとり食感はなく、かなりパサついていて、粉砂糖も食べる時に気管に入って
むせた。
見た目の細部にも凝っておらず、乾燥したフレンチトーストで、かつ熱々ではなく生温かい
状態で出されたのはとても残念だった。
