Carbonara Pizza: Chapter 2 From Alamo Drafthouse Cinema

We went to Alamo Drafthouse Cinema to see John Wick: Chapter 2 with special menus.
There're times that they didn't have special menus ready though the HP said they had, but fortunately, they had those items.
We ordered 2 items; "Carbonara Pizza: Chapter 2" inspired by John Wick: Chapter 2 and "Building Blocks Stuffed French Toast" by Leg Batman The Movie.
It's already dark in the theater when the dishes were brought, so I'll use the press release photo.
This pizza consists of handmade dough topped with carbonara sauce, mozzarella and fontina cheeses, finished off with Nueske’s bacon.
The edge of the crust was very light and crispy as if it's a pie and also it had some chewiness.
The 2 kinds of cheeses were really rich and with salty and smoky bacon, this pizza really resembled carbonara flavor.

特別メニューを食べながらジョン・ウィック： チャプター2を観るため、アラモ ドラフト
ハウス シネマに行った。
HPに載っているのに実際には提供されていないことが何度かあったものの、今回は
ちゃんとこれらの商品が出されていた。
注文したのはジョン・ウィック： チャプター2のメニューである「カルボナーラピザ：
チャプター2」、レゴバットマン ザ・ムービーの「ビルディング ブロックス スタッフド
フレンチトースト」の2種類。
料理が出されたのは劇場内が暗くなってからだったので、プレスの写真を使用。
これは手作りのピザ生地にカルボナーラソース、モッツァレラとフォンティナチーズ、
ニュースキースのベーコンが乗ったもの。
生地の端はパイのように軽くサクサクしつつ、もっちりとした食感もあった。
2種類のチーズは濃厚で、塩気のあるスモーキーなベーコンと合わさり、カルボナーラの
味によく似たピザだった。
