My husband found Mast Brothers Shake Shack Buttermilk Chocolate Bar several months ago, and even though we've tried Shake Shack's Concrete with this chocolate brand, I've never seen any chocolate bar with the burger shop's name on.
Mast Brothers was founded in 2012 in Williamsburg, Brooklyn by Rick and Michael Mast bothers, who source the cacao beans directly from small farm companies to look for complex, rare, and delicious flavors.
I've been to the shop but each bar costs like 10 bucks so I've never bought any of it though I see the bars often.

The wrapping paper was rough, thick, and hard as if recycled, coarse paper.
The chocolate had sweet and also roasted scents, and it's not that shiny but half-matte.
The thickness was about the same as any reasonable chocolate bars like Hershey's.
I thought it'd be quite bitter as it's 60% cacao, but it had light sweetness of chocolate with refreshing aftertaste with bitterness and subtle sweet-chocolate flavor.
The flavor changed from being sweet to moderate sour and bitter tastes, and I guess the sourness was from buttermilk.
It broke with crunch noise but melted gradually and silkily without burnt bitterness that I often find in bitter chocolates.
I usually don't enjoy bitter chocolate since it leaves burnt flavor in my mouth, but this chocolate wasn't like that and I like this.
Each piece was as small as 2.5 x 2 cm (0.98 x 0.78 inch).

クリーム）を食べたことがあったけれど、このバーガーショップの名前がついた板チョコ
レートを見たのは初めてだった。
マストブラザーズは、マスト兄弟によって2012年にブルックリンのウィリアムズバーグに
設立された会社で、複雑で珍しく、美味しいものを作るために世界中の小規模企業から
カカオビーンズを購入している。
よくこの板チョコを見かけるけれど、1個10ドルと高いので買ったことがなかった。

包み紙はザラザラして厚みがあり硬く、再生紙のわら半紙のようだった。
チョコレートは甘い香りと炒ったような香ばしい香りがあり、ハーフマットであまり
ツヤツヤしていなかった。
チョコレートの厚みは、手頃の価格の板チョコ（ハーシーズなど）と同じくらい。
