 We happened to find Burger King has a new limited time item called "Flamin' Hot Mac N' Cheetos" and we tried it last night.

 The advertisements were shown on the self-order machine and behind the cash register counter.

"Introducing FLAMIN' HOT MAC N' CHEETOS. A unique portable snack of creamy mac n' cheese coated and dusted with the flavor of CHEETOS crunchy FLAMIN' HOT cheese snacks. Do you dare?"

 The package looked nice and fiery.

 The paper bag had oil stains and I could guess it'd be pretty greasy.

 There're 5 pieces in the box.

 They're very hot (temperature).

 The outside was crispy but the mac n cheese inside was mushy and there's no creamy texture at all.
The breading seemed to have been fried multiple times and was really oily.

 It had some spiciness but not "flamin' hot" to me who loves spicy food, but my husband said it's too spicy for him.

バーガーキングで新期間限定商品「フレーミング ホット マックアンドチートス」が
販売されていると偶然知り、昨晩食べてみた。
フレーミング ホット（Flaming Hot）とは、燃え立つような辛さという意味。

お店のセルフ会計画面や、レジ後ろのボードにも商品が載っていた。

「フレーミング ホット マックアンドチートスが登場。クリーミーなマックアンドをサク
サクしたフレイミング ホット味のチートス味の粉で覆った、持ち運べるユニークな
スナック。（辛いですが）恐れずに食べてみる？」

 パッケージのデザインは炎が載っていた。

 紙袋に油がしみ出ていたので、油っこいと想像がついた。

 5個入り。

 かなり熱かった。

 外側はサクッとしていて、内側のマックアンドチーズはぐにゃぐにゃで、クリーミーな
食感はなくモソモソしていた。
衣は何度も揚げられたような見た目と油っこさだった。

多少辛さはあったものの、辛いものが好きな私には「炎のような辛さ」ではなかった。
ただ、旦那は「辛い」と言っていた。

 I was wandering around to find a place that sells poutine that I haven't tried yet, which is getting extremely hard at this point, but I saw poutines on the menu at Trattoria Mangione in the food court in Center Eaton.

As the name, it's an Italian fast food restaurant with various pasta menus.

 Poutine (petit size)

Fries were thick and crispy.

 Fries were covered in the gravy sauce, but they're still light and crispy.
Cheese curds were slightly melted, but they kept squeaky texture.

Reddish light brown gravy was lightly starchy, and it's not too thick.
I tasted some Italian seasoning in the gravy, and it's not too salty.
Poutine (Petit): 5.22 CND dollars (before tax)

まだ食べたことがないプーティンを探して歩いていると、センターイートンのフード
コートにあるTrattoria Mangioneのメニューにプーティンがあるのを見つけた。
（最近は食べたことがないプーティンを探すのがかなり難しくなってきた）

店名の通り、パスタを中心としたイタリアンのファストフード。

 プーティン（プチサイズ）

 ポテトは太く、サクサクだった。

 グレイビーがかかっていても、ポテトはまだサクサクしていた。
チーズカードは少し溶けていたけれど、まだキュッとした歯応えが残っていた。

 赤みがかった明るい茶色のグレイビーはほんの少しとろみがあり、べたっとはしていな
かった。
イタリアンシーズニングの香りがし、塩辛すぎず食べやすかった。

一平ちゃん夜店の焼そば ショートケーキ味

 Myojo launched "Ippei-Chan Night Stall Yakisoba Shortcake Flavor" on December 5, 2016.
According to the press release, it's meant for the party season product like Christmas, and the sauce and the special mayonnaise sauce both have vanilla flavor, the toppings are sweet-sour strawberries, sugar and yogurt flavored crispy cubes to make the Yakisoba taste like shortcake.
They say it's an innovative sweet flavored Yakisoba, but I have no idea if sweet x Yakisoba go well...

 As soon as I learned the release date, I asked my mom to buy if she would see it, and as always, she got it for me.

 Directions on the package.

 Under the film, there're larger and detailed directions.

1. Open the lid from "1" to "2," and take out Special Mayonnaise Sauce, Yakisoba Sauce and Toppings.

 Add hot water to the inner line (about 550ml) and put back the lid on.

 2. After 3 minutes, remove "3" slowly.

 3. Drain the hot water completely.

 The noodles looked and smelled ordinary instant Yakisoba noodles.

 Yakisoba Sauce.

 It's very light and watery brown liquid with sweet vanilla scent like cookies.

 I tossed the noodles well and they already seemed eccentric; savory Yakisoba noodles with sweet vanilla sauce.

 Special Mayonnaise Sauce.

 "Tear" area was so small that you can do "Mayo Beam," which you draw skinny lines with mayonnaise on the noodles.

 I hate mayonnaise and squeezed some on a plate to taste it a bit.

 It should have vanilla flavor, but as a mayo-hater, all I smiled and tasted was salty mayonnaise.
And somehow, without exaggeration, this sauce smelled like glue...

 Toppings.

 I can't tell if it's Yakisoba or snack at this point...

 After putting the toppings, there's simply sweet scent, not necessarily shortcake.
Freeze-dried strawberries were sweet and sour, colorful chocolate was crunchy, and the yogurt flavored pieces were squishy like marshmallows.
Salty noodles were seasoned with sugary vanilla scent and flavor, and I could hardly say it's good.
The scent was shortcake, however, the noodles were meant for savory Yakisoba but they just added vanilla essence, and the scent and the taste didn't match.
Definitely one of the worst foods I've had in my life.

明星から2016年12月5日に「一平ちゃん夜店の焼そば ショートケーキ味」が発売された。
プレスリリースによると、クリスマスなどのパーティーシーズン向けの商品だそうで、
ソースも特製マヨネーズもバニラ風味で、トッピングには甘酸っぱいイチゴ、砂糖、
ヨーグルト風味のサクサクしたキューブ「コロコロぐると」が使われたショートケーキ
味らしい。
「スイーツ感覚の斬新な焼きそば」として紹介されていたけれど、スイーツと焼きそばが
合うのかは不明。

 発売日を知ってすぐ、母に連絡して見つけたら買っておいて欲しいと伝えると、いつも
通り早速見つけてくれた。

 調理方法

 フィルムの下には、詳細に大きく書かれた調理方法が載っていた。

 1. "1"から"2"までフタをめくり、特製マヨ、焼きそばソース、かやくを取り出す。

 内側の線まで熱湯を注ぎ（約550ml）、フタをする。

 2. "3"をゆっくりはがす。

 3. お湯を捨てる。

 麺は見た目も香りも、普通のインスタント焼きそば麺だった。

 焼きそばソース。

 サラサラした茶色い液体で、クッキーのような甘いバニラの香りがした。

 麺をソースによく絡めたのだけれど、甘いバニラの香りがするソースと焼きそば麺は
既に妙な組み合わせに感じた。

 特製マヨ。

 切り口が小さく、「マヨビーム」ができるようになっている。

 マヨネーズが嫌いなので、お皿に出して味見することにした。

 バニラ風味のはずだけれど、マヨ嫌いの私には味も香りも塩気のあるマヨネーズだった。
また、なぜかこの特製マヨはボンドのような匂いがした。

 あとのせかやく。

 焼きそばなんだか、お菓子なんだか分からない状態。
かやくを乗せると、ショートケーキというかとにかく甘い香りがした。
フリーズドライのイチゴは甘酸っぱく、カラフルなチョコレートはパリパリし、「コロ
コロぐると」はマシュマロに似た食感だった。
塩気のある麺に甘いバニラの香りと味が足されていて、お世辞にも美味しいとは言え
ない食べ物だった。
香りはショートケーキに近いものの、麺はバニラエッセンスをかけた焼きそば麺という
印象で、香りと味が合っていなかった。
今まで食べた物の中で、1番まずいものの1つだった。
