Alamo Drafthouse Cinema's The Star Wars Themed Menu

We went to see "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" on preview night, December 17, 2015, and today, we went to see "Sisters" on the opening night, the 18th, at Alamo Drafthouse Cinema in Yonkers.
At Alamo, you can order food and beverages by handing a piece of paper after writing the item and quantity, and you can enjoy movies while dining.
My husband found The Star Wars themed menu is available at Alamo, so even though we're not watching Star Wars, we asked for menu.
The movie was at 7 PM, and the staff said some of the items were already sold out.
The menu was a shape of The Millennium Falcon and there's a hashtag #ALAMOJEDI.
There're 5 foods and 2 drinks, but neither of us drinks, we focused on the foods.
Nerf Strips: Beef Skewers in Orange-Garlic Marinade, Pesto Sauce.
>>> The description didn't catch our attention that much.
Trash Compactor Pizza: Mozzarella, Blue Cheese, Pear, Pecan, Green Onion, Bacon Jam.
>>> Neither of us likes blue cheese that much, and my husband doesn't eat bacon.
Jabba's Critter Fritter: Corn, Shrimp, and Red Pepper Friters with Roasted Jalapeno Aioli.
>>> Aioli = mayo to me so that we passed this.
From the those reasons, we ordered Yoda Soba Noodle Salad and Wookiee Wasaka Berry Crêpes.
It's a bowl of Chilled Soba Noodles, Spinach, Shaved Brussels Sprouts, Nori (seaweed), Avocado, Cucumbers, Seared Tofu, Sesame Seeds with Soy-Ginger Dressing.
アラモでは商品名と数量を書いた紙を渡して食べ物や飲み物を注文でき、食事をしながら
映画を楽しむことができる。
アラモでスターウォーズのメニューが提供されていると旦那が見つけ、今日はスター
ウォーズではない映画だったけれどメニューをもらった。
19時に上映開始だったけれど、店員によると既に売り切れた商品もあった。
メニューはミレニアム・ファルコンの形をしていた。
食べ物は5種類、飲み物は2種類だったけれど、私たちはお酒を飲まないので食べ物に
焦点を当てた。
ナーフ ストリップス：オレンジとニンニクで味付けした串刺しの牛肉とペストソース。
＞＞＞ 特にそれほど興味を引かなかった。
トラッシュ コンパクター ピザ： モッツァレラ、ブルーチーズ、梨、ピーカン、タマネギ、
ベーコンジャム。
＞＞＞ 私たちはブルーチーズがあまり好きではなく、旦那はベーコンを食べない。
ジャバのクリッタ フリッター： トウモロコシ、エビ、赤パプリカのフライとロースト
ハラペーニョ アイオリ。
＞＞＞ 私にとってアイオリ＝マヨネーズなので止めた。
以上の理由から、ヨーダ 蕎麦サラダとウーキー ワサカベリー クレープを頼んだ。
ヨーダ 蕎麦サラダ
料理が大人気だったためフォークがなく、料理が出された後も20分ほど食べられないまま
だった。
冷やした蕎麦、ホウレンソウ、カットした芽キャベツ、海苔、アボカド、キュウリ、
焼き目を付けた豆腐、ゴマに生姜入りの醤油ドレッシングをかけたものだった。
アボカドは切り立てで酸化しておらず、よく熟れていて美味しかった。
海苔も乗せたばかりでパリッとしていた。
ドレッシングが少し塩辛く、生姜がかなり効いていたけれどなかなか美味しかった。
ウーキー ワサカベリー クレープ
クレープが4枚入っていて、チョコレート リコッタのフィリングとホワイト チョコレート
ソース、ラズベリーが乗っていた。
これはウーキー族がベジタリアンで、ごちそうの1つがラズベリーに似たワサカベリーと
いうことから考案された。

They're out of utensils because of the high demand of the foods and for about 20 minutes, we had no fork so that we had to wait to eat.
Avocado was freshly sliced and not oxidized, and they're ripened well.
Seaweed was crunchy and I could tell they put them to right before they served.
Dressing was a bit too salty and had quite a few ginger flavor, but it's good.
Wookiee Wasaka Berry Crêpes
There're 4 pieces of crepes with Chocolate Ricotta Filling, White Chocolate drizzles and Raspberries.
This dish is created as The Wookies are vegetarians and one of their delicacies is the Wasaka berry, a fruit that looks like a raspberry.
The crepes were crispy on the edge and a little bit dried.
Somehow it tasted like coconut when the white chocolate and chocolate ricotta filing were mixed.
Raspberries were fresh, fruity, and sour.
