Great Northern Poutine Fries From Red Robin

We went to Red Robin to try Oktoberfest items, and one of the dishes we ordered was "Great Northern Poutine Fries."
I wouldn't call this dish poutine technically but they said, "done up Red Robin style," so the description didn't offend me much.
They used Red Robin's steak fries with sauteed mushrooms, gravy sauce, fried cheese curds instead of plain cheese curds and dressed with parsley and garlic aioli.
The garlic aioli was poured a lot (to me) and I regretted that I had forgotten to say no aioli or aioli on the side...
It's quite garlicky and didn't have much mayonnaise flavor, but those usually-don't-exit sourness and creaminess were so odd that I scraped the aioli off as much as I could.
Fried were cut flat and each piece was long and wide.
Fried cheese curds were very tasty.
They're crispy outside and squeaky inside.
It looked like they used cheddar cheese curds.
It's because I'm a mayo-hater, but it definitely tasted better without aioli.

ものの1つが「グレート ノーザーン プーティンフライ」だった。
料理の説明を見て、正直プーティンとは呼べないと思ったけれど、「レッドロビン風に
仕上げた」と書いてあったので、変わったプーティンとして受け入れた。
レッドロビンのポテトにマッシュルームのソテー、グレービーをかけ、プレーンなチーズ
カードではなく揚げたチーズカード、パセリ、ガーリックアイオリがかかっていた。
ガーリックアイオリが大量にかかっていて、アイオリ抜きやアイオリは別添えてと伝える
のを忘れたことが悔やまれた。
ニンニクの味が効いていたので、それほどマヨネーズの味はしなかったものの、通常は
存在するはずのない酸味、クリーミーな食感が加わり、ほぼ全て削ぎ落として食べた。
ポテトは平たくカットされていて、各ポテトは長く幅が広かった。
揚げたチーズカードの外側はサクサクした食感で、内側に歯応えが残っていてとても
美味しかった。
チーズの色から、チェダーチーズのチーズカードを使ったようだった。
マヨ嫌いということもあるけれど、アイオリソースがない方が美味しかった。
