I went back to Baton Rouge the next day to get the Lobster Poutine because it's sold out the day before.

We're there around noon and asked if they had poutine that day, and they said yes and we sat down.

According to the description, it uses rich lobster bisque gravy, and I hoped it'd be different from the weird Lobster Monster from Frite Alors!

I got a hot tea.

This is the Lobster Poutine.

From the color of the gravy, it didn't look that rich but subtly pinkish.

Cheese curds were cold and there're many large chunks.
Most of them was squeaky.

The fries were skinny and the bisque gravy sauce was poured allover them so that they're rather soggy than crispy.

There're large pieces of lobster meat.

There're many large lobster meat besides small ones, and I even found claw meat, too.
I thought the amount of the lobster meat was big.

As it looked, the bisque gravy sauce wasn't rich and tasted like regular gravy with a very thin bisque flavor.
At least this poutine was quite tasty and can't be even compared to Lobster Monster from Frite Alors!

前日の夜にロブスタープーティンが売り切れていたバトンルージュに翌日再訪した。

12時頃に行き、受付で今日はプーティンがあるか確認してから着席した。

メニューによると、濃厚なロブスタービスク グレービーを使っていると書かれていて、
Frite Alors!のロブスター モンスターのような妙な味がしないことを願った。

出されたプーティンのグレービーは少しだけピンク色がかっていた程度で、濃厚には
見えなかった。
チーズカードは冷たくて大きな塊が沢山あり、ほとんどのものに噛みごたえがあった。
ポテトは細く、ビスク グレービーが注がれていたのでサクサクというよりもぐっしょり
していた。
ロブスターの大きな身が入っていて、爪の部分の身もいくつかあり、ロブスターの身の
量は多かったと思う。
見た目の通りビスク グレービーソースは濃厚ではなく、ほのかなビスクの香りがする
程度で、ほぼ普通のグレービーだった。
少なくとも、Frite Alors!のロブスター モンスターとは比べものにならないほど美味し
かった。
