When we got to Hilton Bonaventure in Montreal, I was quite hungry and my husband found that their room service menu had a poutine, so we ordered it.

In about 10 minutes, a poutine, a pizza from Pizza Hut, a soda and some water were brought.
(The menu had Pizza Hut items so we assume a branch is in the hotel or somewhere very close.)

It's called "L'incontournable Poutine" and the English name was "The 'Gourmet' Poutine."
Incontournable means inescapable, major, inevitable and must, so it's not that precise translation for the English name.

As it's a hotel, the plate was warmed up.

Twice-fried potatoes were thick and brown, and they're more like burnt and dark brown.

Since it's delivered with a cover on, some fries were soggy but there're still some crispy fries.
The gravy sauce was very salty and the texture was watery, and it had similar flavor to soy sauce and red wine.

Small to medium sized cheese curds were squeaky and chewy enough, and the amount of the cheese curds was plenty.
Not sure what they meant with "gourmet" as it's just a simple poutine.

モントリオールのヒルトン ボナベンチャーに着いた頃、私はかなりお腹が空いていて、
旦那がルームサービスメニューに載っていたプーティンを頼んだ。

10分ほどでプーティン、ピザハットのピザ、ソーダ、水が届いた。
（ピザハットのメニューが載っていたので、恐らくホテル内もしくは近くに店舗があると
予想）

フランス語で L'incontournable Poutine と書かれていて、英語はThe "Gourmet" Poutine 
（グルメ プーティン）と載っていた。
フランス語の incontournable は逃げられない、避けられない、主流の、〜すべき、という
意味なので、あまりしっくりこない訳だった。

ホテルなので、お皿も温められていた。
二度揚げされたポテトは太めのカットで茶色く、中には焦げたように濃い茶色のポテトも
入っていた。

カバーをかぶせてデリバリーされたので、ポテトはぐしょっとしていたけれど、中には
サクサクした食感が残っているポテトもあった。
グレービーソースはかなり塩気が強く、水っぽい質感で醤油や赤ワインに似た味がした。

たっぷり乗った小〜中サイズのチーズカードはキュキュッとした歯応えが残っていた。
普通のプーティンにしか見えなかったので、「グルメ」という名前がついていた理由は
よく分からなかった。
