Poutine From Burger De Ville

My last poutine from this trip to Montreal was from "Burger De Ville."
A friend of mine said that their burger was quite good but I of course went for their poutine.
At this restaurant, you need to order and pay first at a counter and they'll bring you dishes to the table you're seated.
Menu was on the board, and this place offers "build-your-own" burgers.
These are free toppings.
On the wall, there're 2 boards and each said the following.
"Our beef is 100% Canadian always fresh never frozen" and "Our fries are cooked in peanut oil."
My husband ordered a cheeseburger with some vegetables and our friend ordered a salad with grilled chicken.
And my ordered was poutine.
Somehow, our burger and poutine weren't brought over 25 minutes even though it's not busy at all, so I had to ask at the cashier if they're preparing them.
And in a couple of minutes later, finally a cheeseburger and poutine were served and a waiter said, "Sorry for making you wait."
Poutine
It's a petit (small) size, but the bowl and the quantity were quite large.
This poutine had a very unique but fresh scent I'd never smelled before in other poutines I've had, and peanut oil was really fragrant and it didn't have much greasiness though the fries were perfectly fries and crispy.

Large cheese curds had squeakiness
The gravy sauce was sweet and cooked with onions, and it tasted closer to demiglace than gravy sauce.
It's quite good and I enjoyed this poutine thoroughly.
Besides, it's very reasonable in consideration the amount they serve.

モントリオール滞在中に食べた最後のプーティンは「Burger De Ville」というお店のもので
友人曰くハンバーガーが美味しいらしいけれど私はプーティンを食べに行った。
このお店では最初に注文と支払いを済ませてテーブルで待ち、料理が出来上がると店員が
持って来てくれる。
メニューは壁にかかっていて、ハンバーガーには好きなトッピングを入れることができる
ので、自分好みのバーガーを注文することができる。
さらにもう2枚の板がかかっていて、それぞれ「100％カナダ産の牛肉を使用し、冷凍では
ない牛肉を常に使用」「ポテトはピーナッツオイルで調理」と書かれていた。
旦那はチーズバーガーを注文し、友人はサラダとグリルチキン、私はプーティンを注文。
チーズバーガーとプーティンが25分経っても出て来なかったのでレジで確認すると、数分
後に料理が出され、店員が「遅くなってすみません」と言っていた。
プーティンはプチ（小）サイズにもかかわらずお皿が大きく、入っている量も
多かった。
このプーティンは今まで食べたプーティンとは異なった独特であっさりした香りがし、
サクサクに揚がったポテトはギトギトした食感は全くなく、ピーナッツオイルの良い
香りがした。
ポテトは中太で、大きなチーズカードは歯応えが残っていた。
グレービーソースは甘く、タマネギが入っていて、グレービーと言うよりはデミグラス
ソースの味に近くて最後まで美味しく食べられた。
また、入っている量が多くてとてもお得な印象だった。
