Frite Alors! のプーティン(プーティンウィーク)

Poutine Week day 6: Frite Alors!
We've been to Frite Alors! before and I had my first poutine ever in my life there.
And we went back to the St-Catherine branch today to try the Poutine Week special poutine.
It's called "Lobster Monster" and the description is "fries, lobster, squeeky cheese, bechamel sauce and shallots."
I wonder if "squeeky" is just a misspelling and it's supposed to be "squeaky."
The list of the poutines we've tried is below.

We got there aroung 7PM and the restaurant was full.
All the waiting people were standing by the door.
Though there're many people waiting, there's no paper to write down the name and number of group.
Luckily we're with some honest people so that we didn't have trouble getting a table, but at least they could put a paper to write down name or something.
I got Lobster Monster and seems like half of the customers were getting it.
While waiting, whenever waiters or waitresses walked pass by, they either hit chairs or kick the tables, but they said nothing. I was like, "Really!?"
We'd waited for a good amount of time, I drew "Perry" today.
Lobster Monster
Same as last time, a fork was stuck in the poutine.
Fries looked lighter than last time.
And they say shallots but the onions looked like just green leeks.
The cheese curds were incredibly huge.
I wonder this is why they called it "squeaky cheese."
It's got very strong chewiness and texture due to the size.
Personally, I didn't find this poutine delicious, it's more like plain, not seasoned, or failed potato gratin without mozzarella over it.
Lobster was just boiled and unseasoned, bechamel was blunt and no richness, fries were regular fries, and this too-simple ingredients had no kick to the plate as Lobster Monster.
It's not shockingly good, but not shockingly mediocre either, so it's not a monster.
While we're waiting for the check, a couple next to me asked me if the lobster poutine was good.
So I said, "It's my thought, but bechamel sauce and fries didn't go well. It didn't smell bad and it was mix of real lobster and fake crab meat. I didn't think it's good, but it's only my personal opinion."
They said thank you and after a while thinking, they decided to order small bowl to try.
To summarize, Lobster Monster didn't taste good as it's too blunt and regular poutine was much tastier.
プーティンウィーク6日目:Frite Alors!
前に Frite Alors! に行き、生まれて初めてプーティンを食べた。
今日はプーティンウィークのスペシャルプーティンを食べるために、
St-Catharine 通りのお店を再訪。
ここでは「ロブスター モンスター」というプーティンを出していて、
ポテト、ロブスター、チーズ、ベシャメル、エシャロットが入っている。
これまでに食べたプーティンのリストは以下。

19時頃に到着すると、お店は満席で待ってる人はドア付近に固まっていた。
名前を書くボードはなく、ただ待つだけ。
皆順番を守っていたので良かったけれど、混雑時は名前リストを置くなど、
ちゃんど管理した方が良いと思う。
私はロブスター モンスターを注文したが、大半の人が注文しているように思えた。
待ってる間、ウェイターやウェイトレスが通るたびに椅子にぶつかったり、
テーブルを蹴ったりしていたが、何も言わないのには驚いた。
かなりの時間待っていたので、今日はペリーを描いた。

パセリが振りかけられていて、白いベシャメルソースのプーティンに
鮮やかな色を添えていた。
