The other day, we ordered KFC's poutine and got it delivered.
However the gravy sauce was tasty, it's already poured over the fries, all the fries were soggy and cheese curds were completely melted so that it's impossible to tell if it's real cheese curds or not.
I wished they deliver like Five Guys serves the poutine kit.

Today, to re-try the poutine, we drove to the one we ordered last time and we planned to try it fresh, which means I got 3 different poutines a day.
By the way, the acronym is PFK which stands for Poulet Frit Kentucky because I'm in Montreal, Quebec.

The branch we went to is specialized delivery or to-go, thus there's no table or chairs to eat inside and there're only a counter to order and a soda machine.

We ordered Pop-corn chicken meal and added 2 CND dollars to upgrade the fries to potuine.
This is the poutine. It looked exactly the same we got delivered last time.

It looked the same but fries were still crispy and cheese curds were not melted yet.

It tasted a little bit better than last time since the fries weren't soaked in the gravy sauce which has original spices used for chickens.
But we found that they don't use real cheese curds.
They're fake cheese curds; mozzarella made look like cheese curds, so no wonder they're all melted last time.

We put the tasty gravy sauce to popcorn chicken, and it was amazing.

If they would sell the gravy sauce only, I'd love to buy and get it in a cup, then prepare fries and real cheese curds on my own.
I love this gravy sauce that much.



以前ケンタッキーのプーティンをデリバリーしてもらったことがある。
グレービーソースはとても美味しかったけれど、ポテトの上にかかった状態で配達されたので、
ポテトは全てびちょびちょで、チーズカードも完全に溶けていて本物のチーズカードが見分けが
つかなｋった。
ファイブガイズのように、プーティンキットで全て別々に出してくれたらいいのになぁと思った。

今日は出来立てを食べるため、デリバリー注文をした店舗に車で行った。
（つまり、本日3個目のプーティン。）

モントリオールがあるケベック州の公用語はフランス語なので、店舗名は
KFCではなくPFKとなっている。
PFKはPoulet Frit Kentuckyで、ケンタッキーフライドチキンがフランス語になっただけ。

行った店舗はデリバリーまたはテイクアウト専門のようで、店内にはテーブルや椅子がなく、
注文カウンターとソーダの機械があるだけだった。

ポップコーンチキンセットに2カナダドルを追加し、ポテトをプーティンに変更してもらった。
* ポップコーンチキンは、一口より小さく切られた胸肉を揚げたもの。

プーティンは前回同様、円形のプラスチック容器に入れられていた。
中身も前回と一緒。ただ、ポテトはカラッとしていて、チーズカードも溶けていない。

ポテトがグレービーソースに浸っていなかったので、前回より少し美味しく感じた。
グレービーソースには、チキンに使われるオリジナルスパイスが入っているので香りが良い。
チーズカードは本物ではなく、モッツァレラチーズがチーズカードのように形成されていたので、
前回溶けきっていた理由がよく分かった。
ポップコーンチキンをグレービーソースに付けて食べると美味しかった。

もしグレービーソースだけ買えるのであれば、容器に入れてもらって、ポテトとチーズカードを
自分で用意して食べたいくらい、ケンタッキーのグレービーソースは美味しい。
