We went to Dinosaur Bar-B-Que when we're in Brooklyn.

Dinosaur Bar-B-Que is a BBQ restaurant chain mostly in NY besides NJ, CT, IL and MD, and the first restaurant opened in 1988 on Willow Street in downtown Syracuse, NY.
The 10th branch is planned to open in 2015 in Chicago, IL.

Though it's after 10 PM on Monday night, about a quarter of the enormous eating area was taken, and sometimes I saw people were ordering for to-go at the counter.

They had various BBQ items and also, we found a poutine called "Dino Poutine."

"Hand-cut fries topped with beef gravy, homemade pimiento cheese and pulled pork."
From the description, I knew it'd not be an authentic poutine due to the lack of cheese curds, but we ordered one.

When the Dino Poutine was served, there's no cheese curds as I'd thought and instead they put melted cheese so that the dish looked like Jersey fries with pulled pork and green onions.

The white-yellowish runny object is the pimiento cheese.

I marked the cheese below.

Fries were thick-cut fries, and outside was very crispy and some were even crunchy while inside was most and soft.

Pulled pork was seasoned well all the way and sweet, and any piece I grabbed with a fork, it started fall apart as it's very soft and juicy.

As pulled pork was rich in flavor, especially smoky scent and sweet taste, I didn't really notice any beef gravy sauce.
Pimiento cheese had some creaminess and also sourness, the latter of which I rarely taste in cheese, and when I looked up the recipe of pimiento cheese, it often uses mayonnaise.
I guess the sourness was from my forever-villain mayo.

ブルックリンにいた時、ダイナソー バーベキューに行った。ダイナソー バーベキューはニューヨーク州を中心に、ニュージャージー、コネチカット、
イリノイ、メリーランドにあるバーベキュー レストラン チェーン。
最初のお店は、ニューヨーク州シラキューズ市のダウンタウンに1988年に開店した。

月曜の22時過ぎにもかかわらず、広い店内の4分の1ほどが埋まっていて、カウンターで
テイクアウトの注文をしている人を時々見た。

沢山のバーベキューメニューの中に「ダイノ プーティン」というプーティンがあった。
* ダイノ（Dino）は恐竜（Dinosaur）の略
「ハンドカット ポテトにビーフ グレービーと自家製ピミエントチーズとプルドポークを
乗せました」と書かれていた。
チーズカードと書かれていないので、正統なプーティンではないと想像がついたけれど
とりあえず1つ注文した。
* ピミエントチーズはピミエント（辛くない唐辛子）とチェダーチーズなどを混ぜたもの

出されたプーティンを見ると、やはりチーズカードではなく、溶けたチーズがかかって
いてジャージーフライにプルドポーク、ネギが乗っているようだった。

ポテトは太めにカットされていて外側はサクッとし、中にはカリカリに揚がっているもの
もあり、内側はしっとりとやわらかかった。
プルドポークはしっかりと味が付いていて甘く柔らかくジューシーで、フォークでどの
部分を取ってもすぐにほぐれた。

プルドポークのスモーキーで甘い味で、ビーフ グレービーの味はよく分からなかった。
ピミエントチーズはクリーミーで酸味があり、チーズに酸味を感じることは余りないので
レシピを見てみた。
ピミエントチーズにはマヨネーズが使われることが多いと分かり、一生好きになることが
ないマヨネーズの酸味だったのだと思う。
