I went to one of the farthest poutine shops that I planned to go to, which is near Côte-Vertu station.
Côte-Vertu station is a terminal of orange line, and it's about 40 minutes away from the hotel I'm staying.

The place is called "Decarie Hot Dog" and it's open from 6 AM till 1 AM.

There're 2 tables outside and inside, there're L-shaped counter with chairs and the other side had a counter without seating tools.

Menu was on the wall.

Kitchen.

Poutine was listed on the far left, and it's served in a couple of minutes with a fork stuck in the middle.
The size of the tray was larger than my hand, which is about 20cm (7.87 inch).

I don't remember hearing any frying sound, but the fries were dark enough to have been fried twice.
Over the mountain of fries, there're gravy sauce with lots of cheese curds.

Cheese curds were cold so that most of them was still firm but not that squeaky.

Fries were mostly soggy and quite oily with only a little crispiness.
The gravy sauce was watery instead of thick and rich, and the flavor was simple and it's seasoned with black pepper.
I liked the light and non-salty gravy sauce.

It's an inexpensive poutine but I wish the fries were better.

Côte-Vertu駅の近くにあるプーティンのお店は、今まで行こうと思っていた場所の中でも

かなり遠くにある。
Côte-Vertu駅は地下鉄のオレンジ線の終点で、滞在中のホテルから約40分離れている。
「Decarie Hot Dog」というお店で、午前6時から夜中の1時まで営業している。

外にテーブルが2卓あり、中にはL字型のカウンターと椅子、その反対側には椅子がない
カウンターがあった。
メニューは壁にかかっていた。

プーティンはメニューの1番端にあり、数分でフォークが刺さった状態で出された。
容器のサイズは私の手（約20センチ）よりも大きかった。

揚げる音を聞いた覚えがないけれど、ポテトは二度揚げされたような濃い色だった。
山盛りのポテトの上にはグレービーソースと、沢山のチーズカードが乗っていた。

チーズカードは冷たかったので、多くのものに硬さがあったものの、キュキュッとした
歯応えはあまりなかった。
ポテトはふにゃふにゃで油っぽく、サクッとした食感は少しだけだった。
グレービーソースはドロッとせずにサラサラで、胡椒で味付けされたシンプルな味。
軽く塩辛くないグレービーソースは美味しかった。

お手頃なプーティンだけれど、ポテトが美味しかったら良かった。
