I arrived at Montreal this morning and I started poutine hunting.
When I don't have a huge suitcase, I usually take 747 bus to downtown, and today, I got off at the first bus stop, Lionel-Groulx Station, to go to "Greenspot" for poutine.
It's about 5 minutes walk from the bus stop/station.

On weekdays, they're open from 5 AM and 7 AM on weekends.

The restaurant was very large and looked like a classic diner.

There're so many different items on the menu.

I ordered classic poutine for petit size, and the bowl was actually small.

The fries were light colored but thick cut, and the gravy sauce looked like BBQ sauce as it's dark brown despite the image on the menu was beige and normal-look gravy sauce.

Fries were crispy outside and moist inside.

Cheese curds were soft and didn't have much squeakiness.

The gravy sauce was sweet, salty, and peppery, and it tasted like BBQ sauce to me.

Great customer service, friendly staffs and so many varieties of dishes to choose from, but this gravy sauce was "nay" to me.

When I got the check, I left tip at the table and paid at the counter near the entrance.

今朝モントリオールに到着し、早速プーティンを食べに行った。

大きなスーツケースを持っていない限り、私は747というバスでダウンタウンまで向かう
ことが多い。
今日は最初のバス停であるリオネル・グルー駅（Lionel-Groulx）で下りて「グリーン
スポット」でプーティンを食べた。
バス停・駅から徒歩5分ほどでお店に着いた。
平日は午前7時から、週末も7時から営業しているらしい。

レストランはかなり広く、クラシックダイナーのような内装だった。
プーティン、短時間で提供できる料理、その他が載ったメニューの3種類がテーブルに
置いてあり、品数がかなり多かった。

クラシックプーティンのプチ（ミニ）サイズを注文すると、本当に小さめの器に入って
出された。
ポテトは淡い色に揚がっていたものの、太めにカットされていた。
メニューに載っていた写真のグレービーソースはベージュで、ごく一般的なグレービー
ソースに見えたけれど、実物は濃い茶色でBBQソースのような見た目だった。

ポテトの外側はサクッとし、内側はしっとりしていた。
チーズカードは柔らかく、あまり歯応えが残っていなかった。
グレービーソースは甘さ、塩辛さ、胡椒の味がし、BBQソースの味としか思えなかった。
とても良い接客で、店員も気さくで、沢山のメニューがあったのは良かったけれど、この
グレービーソースは「これは無し」という味だった。

伝票を受け取りテーブルにチップを置き、入り口近くのカウンターで支払いを済ませた。
