Poutine BBQ Sauce From Fromagerie Victoria Restaurant

We went to Fromagerie Victoria Restaurant in Victoriaville, Quebec, which is a sister location of Fromagerie Victoria that we've been to.
They sold some dairy products, but mainly it's a dining.
They had new product; BBQ flavored cheese curds.
We asked them to put the BBQ cheese curds on the poutine, but if seemed like they didn't understand us and instead, they put BBQ sauce over the poutine.
The last poutine we had was with "sauce douce," meaning sweet sauce, so it's our first time to try the BBQ sauce.
The color of the sauce was very similar to Sauce Douce, but there're little dots in the sauce.

I kind of understand it's called BBQ sauce as it's got sweetness, saltiness and sourness.
We drove to Fromagerie Victoria afterwards and had P'tit Pop, which was fried cheese curds.
It's served with a cup of dipping sauce.
It looked like thousand island dressing made with lots of mayo, and it sure tasted like mayonnaise with some herbs.
Each cheese curds were battered and they're fried to perfection.
They're crunchy and light outside, and the cheese curds inside was half melted yet still had some squeakiness.
Little pieces were very soft and contained melted cheese curds which were stringy.
We bought a bag of BBQ flavored cheese curds, but the bag didn't say BBQ but seemed a ordinary bag used for cheese curds.

Cheese curds were squeaky but just plain curds.
Fries were thick and lightly golden brown.
We drove to Fromagerie Victoria afterwards and had P'tit Pop, which was fried cheese curds.
It's served with a cup of dipping sauce.

A list of poutine I've reviewed is below.

ヴィクトリアヴィルにあるFromagerie Victoria Restaurantへ行ってきた。
ここは以前行ったFromagerie Victoriaの姉妹店で、チーズの販売もしていたけれど、主に
食事を提供していた。
新商品「BBQ味のチーズカード」があったので、プーティンにこのチーズカードを乗せて
下さいと言ったのだけれど、通じなかったようでBBQソースがプーティンにかけられた。
以前買ったプーティンは「甘いソース」がかかっていたので、このBBQソースは初めて
食べた。
ソースの色は甘いソース（Sauce Douce）とあまり変化がなかったものの、小さな点々が見えた。
甘さがあり、少しピリッとしていた。
甘さ、塩気、酸味があったので、BBQソースという名前の意味がなんとなく分かった。
チーズカードはキュキュッとした歯ごたえがあったものの、プレーンなチーズカード
だった。
ポテトは太めで、淡い揚げ色がついていた。
この後Fromagerie Victoriaに行き、P'tit Popというチーズカードを揚げたものを食べた。
大量のマヨネーズと一緒に作られたサウザンアイランド ドレッシングに似たソースが
添えてあり、味も予想通りマヨネーズでハーブが少し入っていた。
各チーズカードは衣に覆われていて、良い色に揚がっていた。
衣は軽くサクッとし、中のチーズカードは半分程度溶けていて、歯ごたえがまだ残って
いた。
小さなものはとても柔らかく、糸を引いていた。
BBQ味のチーズカードを1袋買ったところ、袋にはBBQとの記載はなく、普通のチーズ
カードに使われるような袋だった。
裏側にも味付けに使われた素材は載っていなかった。
ニンニクの味が強く、かなり塩っぱかった。
私たちはプレーンチーズカードの方が好きだった。
