My husband and I wandered around St-Laurent last night, and we went to Centrale Bergham for the first time.

My husband got a burger with fries upgraded to poutine by adding 2 dollars.

This is the poutine, and it smelled like BBQ sauce.

The gravy sauce was starchy, red-brown, and it's quite salty and vinegary like ketchup.

90% of the fries were under already wet and soft because of the too much gravy sauce, and the most of them were sunken in the not-that-tasty gravy.
The gravy sauce didn't taste anything like traditional gravy sauce but salt and vinegar.

The cheese curds didn't have much squeakiness, but it could be due to the starchy and burning hot (temperature) gravy sauce.

* To upgrade the fries to poutine, it's 2 dollars extra.

昨晩、旦那とサン-ローラン通りを歩いていて、Centrale Berghamというお店に初めて

入った。
旦那はバーガーとセットのポテトに2ドル足して、プーティンに変えていた。

プーティンはバーベキューのような香りがした。
グレービーはどろっとし、赤茶色で、かなり塩辛くケチャップに似た酸味があった。
グレービーソースの量が多かったので、9割のポテトは既にぐちゃぐちゃで柔らかくなって
いて、ほとんどのポテトはあまり美味しくないグレービーソースの中に沈んでいた。
塩と酸っぱさがあるだけで、クラシックなグレービーソースの味とは似ても似つかぬもの
だった。
チーズカードはあまり歯応えがなかったけれど、これはとろみが強く熱々だったソースの
せいかもしれない。
