Disco Poutine From Deville Dinerbar

I had 2nd poutine yesterday from Deville Dinerbar near Station Peel.
I sat at a bar counter, and the interior was a modern but somewhat classic diner-ish.
It's a 2-story restaurant, and many of the lights were bright pink.
They serve lunch till 4 PM on weekdays.
Disco Poutine was listed in the "Starters," and I knew enough that they would have non-classic poutine when I checked the menu online.

The Quebec poutine meets an American East Coast Diner Classics! Matchstick Fries topped with Veal Demi-Glaze Sauce and Smothered with our Signature Melted Cheese Blend.
* I think "demi-glaze" is a typo as it's usually spelled as "demiglace" or "demi-glace."
Disco Fries is one of the classic menu at diners and consists of fries with melted cheese on top and covered with gravy sauce.
They had many items but I didn't take all the photos.
Diner Burgers had some unique names and I shall come back to get a burger next time.

Lots of super skinny and short fires were in a deep bowl.
The fries were thinner than my pinky nail, and they're very crispy.
The yellow cheese on the top tasted like American, but it had some peppery and a hint of spiciness like queso dip.
About one third from the top, there's a layer of shredded mozzarella.
The veal demiglace sauce was very light and watery and quite salty.
It tasted like soy sauce was used in the sauce.

モダンな雰囲気かつクラシックなダイナーに似た内装で、私はバーカウンターに座った。
レストランは2階建てで、多くの照明は明るいピンク色だった。
平日は16時までランチが提供されていて、ディスコプーティンは「スターター」の中に
載っていた。
予めネットでメニューを見てから行ったので、昔ながらのプーティンではないと承知で
行ってきた。
ディスコプーティンの説明は以下の通りだった。
ケベックのプーティンとアメリカ東海岸のダイナーで昔からある料理が融合！
マッチスティックポテト（マッチのように細いフライドポテト）に子牛のデミグラス
ソース、溶けた特製チーズブレンドをかけた。
ディスコフライはダイナーで昔からある料理で、フライドポテトに溶けたチーズとかけ、
グレービーソースをかけたもの。
メニューの種類は沢山あったけれど、全ての写真は取らなかった。
中でも面白い名前のバーガーがいくつかあり、次回はハンバーガーを食べに来てみたい。
深い器に極細で短いポテトが沢山入っていた。
ポテトは私の小指の爪よりも細く、とてもサクサクしていた。
上にかかっていた黄色いチーズはアメリカンチーズのような味だったけれど、少し胡椒や
ピリッとした味がして、チーズディップのようだった。
上から3分の1ほどの場所に、細切りのモッツァレラチーズが入っていた。
子牛のデミグラスソースはとてもサラサラで水っぽく、かなり塩辛かった。
醤油に似た香りもあった。
ディスコプーティンという名前で、プーティンよりもディスコフライに近いものだった。
チーズカードの歯応えが欲しかったものの、これはこれで美味しかった。
