When we went to MET tonight with my husband and his staffs, one of them said he had a Halloween special shake from Shake Shack called "Shackenstein."
After leaving the museum, we stopped by at the Upper West branch.

"Treats, not Tricks"

The advertisement had bolts and a stitching mark like Frankenstein.

As usual, I lined up for C-line, where you can only order drinks and desserts, and could place my order quickly, though it took them more than 5 minutes to serve it as always.
I even saw it's ready but sitting on the shelf for a couple of minutes and I have no idea why the service never improves at this chain.

Today, I spelled my name but it's put "CHIHARA" instead of Chihiro.

It's a "scary delicious blend of marshmallow crème custard and frosted chocolate pieces."

First, I thought it would be mint flavor as it's light green, but it's just a food coloring.
It's a frozen custard with marshmallow sauce, and it's very tasty.
The chocolate pieces added subtle bitterness and crispiness.
I'm glad I got a chance to try this before it's gone.

メトロポリタン美術館に旦那、スタッフと行った時、シェイクシャックのハロウィン限定

シェイク「シャッケンシュタイン」を飲んだととあるスタッフが言っていた。
美術館を出た後、アッパーウエストにある店舗に行ってきた。
広告にはフランケンシュタインのようにボルト、傷を縫い合わせた跡があった。

今回もC-ライン（飲み物、デザートのみ注文可能の列）に並んですぐに注文することが
できたけれど、出てくるまでに相変わらず5分以上待った。
出来上がったものが数分棚に置かれてたままで、なぜこのチェーンのサービスが改善され
ないのかが不思議で仕方がない。

名前の綴りを伝えたのに、Chihiroではなく「CHIHARA」だった。
これを見て、千原兄弟しか頭に浮かばなかった。

これはマシュマロクリーム カスタード、砂糖をかけたチョコレートを混ぜたものと説明が
載っていた。
淡い緑色だったのでミント味かと思ったけれど、単なる着色料だった。
これはフローズンカスタードにマシュマロソースが入ったもので、とても美味しかった。
チョコレートは少し苦味があり、サクサクした食感を足していた。
なくなる前に食べられて良かった味だった。
