Downtown Butter Brown is available at Battery Park branch with Wall-Nut Street and Lower West Side.

It's a vanilla custard, Milk & Cookies Bakery hazelnut brown butter streusel and citrus-marinated raspberries, but there's no flesh found and it just looked like a sauce.
Streusel is a crumble topping like cookies on cakes and pies.

There're large pieces of streusels and it's buttery, crispy, and fragrant.
The raspberries had a hint of citrus flavor and this ice cream tasted like a cheesecake with raspberry sauce.

共にダウンタウン バターブラウンが販売されている。

これはバニラ フローズンカスタード、ミルク&クッキーズ ベーカリのヘーゼルナッツ
ブラウンバター ストルーセル、シトラスマリネのラズベリーが入っている。
ただ、果肉は見えずソース状態だった。
ストルーセル（Streusel）はケーキやパイの上にある、ボロボロしたクッキーのような生地

大きなストルーセルの欠片が入っていて、バターの風味があり、サクサクして香ばし
かった。
ラズベリーは少しだけ柑橘の香りがし、このアイスはラズベリーソースをかけたチーズ
ケーキのような味だった。
