I recently noticed that each Shake Shack location has its own special Concrete, and at Downtown Brooklyn location (409 Fulton Street), they had "Brooklyn Pie Oh My Concrete."

It's a "vanilla frozen custard blended with a slice of Strawberry Balsamic Pie from our friends at Four & Twenty Blackbirds."
I've never heard this pie place, and it's not that close from this Shake Shack.

They prepared this concrete before making ChickenShack, and by the time we got the items we'd ordered, 50% of the concrete was melted like shake.

There're chunks of pie crust and strawberry filling in vanilla ice cream.
They're sweet and had buttery flavor, but no sour taste though strawberry balsamic pie contains balsamic vinegar.

The flavor was good but I wish they had thought of the concrete would melt and had changed the order to prepare things.

各シェイクシャックの店舗限定のコンクリートがあると最近になって気がつき、今日
行ったブルックリンのダウンタウンの店舗（409 Fulton Street）では「ブルックリンパイ
オーマイ コンクリート」があった。

「バニラ フローズンカスタードを友人のフォー&トゥエンティー ブラックバーズのストロ
ベリー バルサミック パイとブレンド」と書いてあった。
このパイのお店は聞いたことがなく、シェイクシャックに近いわけでもなかった。

チキンシャックを作る前にこのコンクリートを用意したので、注文したものが全て揃う頃
には半分のコンクリートがシェイクのように溶けてしまっていた。

バニラアイスクリームの中にはパイ生地やストロベリーフィリングが入っていた。
甘くバターの香りがあいたけれど、ストロベリー バルサミック パイに使われているはずの
バルサミコ酢の酸味はなかった。
味は良かったけれど、溶けることを考えて作る順番を変えてほしかった。
