To have a good and appropriate poutine to celebrate my 100th kind, my husband took me to Les 3 Brasseurs on St-Catherine.
At the restaurant, there're tanks in the restaurant and they're apparently famous for beer.
The menu had tasting menu, too.
There're 3 kinds of poutine and I could choose beer battered fries, too, but as it's my first time to be here, I got a Traditional with regular fries.
I also got green tea.
My 100th Poutine!!
There're thick fries, shiny and light beige colored gravy sauce was poured but not too much, and there're lots of cheese curds on the top.
Fries were crispy outside and moist inside.
Cheese curds were cold and they're very squeaky.
The ratio of the fries, gravy sauce and cheese curds was so perfect that I didn't have to deal with soggy and non-crispy fries, salty gravy sauce or soft cheese curds.
The gravy sauce was lightly salted and very simple, and I really enjoyed this traditional poutine.

美味しいプーティンで100種類目を達成すべく、旦那がサン-カトリーヌ通りにあるLes 3
Brasseursに連れて行ってくれた。
レストランにはタンクがあり、ビールで有名なお店のようだった。
プーティンは3種類あり、ビールバター（ビール入りの衣を付けて揚げたもの）も選べた
けれど、今回初めて行ったお店だったので、「トラディショナル」を普通のポテトで注文
した。
太いポテトに艶のある淡いベージュのグレービーソースがかけてあり、量は決して多すぎ
ずに丁度良く、チーズカードがたっぷりと乗っていた。
ポテトの外側はサクッとし、内側はしっとりしていた。
チーズカードは冷えていて、歯応えがしっかりあった。
ポテト、グレービーソース、チーズカードのバランスがとても良く、サクサクした食感の
ない湿ったポテトや塩辛いグレービー、柔らかいチーズカードは全く見当たらなかった。
グレービーソースは少し塩味があり、とてもシンプルなもので、このトラディショナル
プーティンはとても美味しかった。
