Poutine From Circos

We didn't wanna go far in the snow so we decided to have dinner at Circos at Hilton Garden Inn on Sherbrooke in Montreal.
When we got to the entrance, nobody saw us but in a couple of minutes, they noticed us and let us sit.
Once seated, the service was nice but staffs are talking lots and loud with laughter.
One staff even broke a glass but kept laughing, and then she dropped utensils when she was taking them away from a table.
There's one kind of poutine, and I got a smaller one.
Whenever they cooked poutines, they left the dish on the rack for a while without serving them soon which must have ruined the squeakiness.
There're medium size cheese curds on the top of the mountain of fries.
Luckily, the cheese curds had some squeakiness but they're warm and soft outside.
Fries were thick and about a half of them was lightly crispy and not covered with the gravy sauce.
The gravy sauce was peppery, velvety, and also buttery.
It's similar to peppercorn sauce and it went well with the fries and cheese curds.

雪の中あまり遠くへは行きたくなかったので、モントリオールのシャーブルック通りに
あるヒルトン ガーデンインにあるCircosで夕食を取った。
入り口に着いた時は誰も気がついていなかったけれど、数分で私たちに気がついて席に
案内してもらえた。
座ってからのサービスは良かったけれど、スタッフがかなり大きな声で話したり笑ったり
していた。
とあるスタッフはグラスを割っても笑っていて、テーブルから食器を下げる際にも色々
落としていた。
プーティンは1種類で、小さい方を選んだ。
プーティンが出来上がる度、料理はすぐに出されずにしばらく棚に置かれていたので、
その間にチーズカードの歯ごたえが失われてしまったと思う。
中くらいのチーズカードがポテトの上に乗っていた。
チーズカードには少し歯ごたえが残っていたけれど、外側は温かく柔らかくなっていた。
ポテトは太く、全体の半分程度はグレービーソースがかかっていなかったのでサクサク
していた。
グレービーは胡椒が効いていて、滑らかでバターの味がした。
ペッパーコーンソースに似た味で、ポテトとチーズカードと良く合っていた。
