Bo Poutine Burger From Bofinger BBQ

Today, I went to Bofinger BBQ to get Bo Poutine Burger.
I noticed that the layout of the restaurant was different from that I had The Hat Trick Poutine last year as tall tables were moved to window side.
I got Bo Poutine Burger, and I was asked if I wanted to add cheese or bacon, but I ordered as it was without any other toppings.
And I showed my wrist band to get 15% discount on my poutine.
When the poutine was ready, it's brought to my table and the staff poured hot gravy sauce in front of me.
Tadaaaaaaa, this is the Bo Poutine Burger.
From the top, it looked like regular poutine.
The fries were shaped into a disc, and I was quite impressed they kept the shape till I cut with a knife.
However, they're just lightly crispy outside and the inside was soft and moist, and I got even curious how they made the "buns" with such perfectly cooked fries.
The patty had grilled marks and fragrant scent outside, and it's seasoned really well, especially with black pepper.
The minced beef was still chunky and I felt like I was eating actual meat, not too soft patty.
Peppercorn gravy sauce was rich and creamy, but not overpowering at all.
Cheese curds didn't have any squeakiness, but I quite enjoyed this Bo Poutine Burger.

It consisted of a tripe-A beef patty, 2 french fries "buns" with cheese curds and peppercorn gravy sauce.
They also had a vegetarian option which is a portobello mushroom cap in place of the beef patty WITHOUT any extra charge.

今日は、ボ プーティンバーガーを食べにBofinger BBQに行った。
テーブルは窓際に移動していた。
ボ プーティンバーガーを注文すると、チーズかベーコンを追加するか聞かれたけれど、
特にトッピングは足さずに頼んだ。
また、リストバンドを見せて15％値引きしてもらった。
プーティンがテーブルに運ばれて来て、目の前で温かいグレービーソースが注がれた。
上から見ると普通のプーティンのようだけれど、AAAビーフのパティ、フライドポテトで
作ったバンズにチーズカードとペッパーコーン グレービーソースがかかっている。
ベジタリアン向けに、牛肉パティをポートベロマッシュルームに変えることもできた。
（追加料金不要）
ポテトは円盤型に整えられていて、ナイフで切るまで形が保たれていた。
ポテトの外側は軽くサクッとし、内側はしっとり柔らかかったので、どのようにして
美味しく揚げられたフライドポテトでバンズの形を作ったのか気になった。
パティは焼き色が付いて香ばしい香りがし、特に黒胡椒でよく味付けされていた。
粗挽き肉で柔らかすぎず、お肉を食べているという感覚があった。
ペッパーコーン グレービーソースは濃厚でクリーミーだったけれど、味が濃すぎることは
なかった。
チーズカードに歯ごたえはなかったものの、このボ プーティンバーガーは美味しかった。
