Poutine Fondue Chinoise From Sesame

When I arrived at Montreal this afternoon, I picked up my La Poutine Week gear and went to Sesame in downtown Montreal.
This year, Sesame serves "Poutine Fondue Chinoise" for La Poutine Week.
Unfortunately, I couldn't be the first person to order their special poutine unlike the past 2 years because we're there close to 2 PM.
On the menu, there's no word or leaflet of the poutine, and I saw the menu had more kinds of poutine now, including last year's special poutine, Poutine Oranji.
Poutine Fondue Chinoise
According to Facebook, there're beef, chicken, broccoli, mushrooms, cheese curds and fries with some sauce.
They're topped with white and black sesame seeds with green onions.
I remember that wen went to a fondue/hot pot place in Montreal, they served many kinds of dipping sauce instead of tsuyu, which is a watery dipping sauce, so that I sort of got the concept.
The left sauce tasted like a mix of mayonnaise with soy sauce, and the right sauce tasted like sriracha and mayonnaise.
Both were mayonnaise base, so I only taste-tested and didn't use them.
As always, they use skinny and crispy fries.
Sliced mushroom.
Chicken (all white meat)
Thinly sliced beef, that reminded me of shabu-shabu and sukiyaki.
Both chicken and beef were moist and soft.

モントリオールに午後到着してからプーティンウィークの帽子等を取りに行った後、ダウンタウンにあるセサミに行った。
今年のプーティンウィークは、セサミでは「プーティン チャイニーズ フォンデュ」が
出されている。
過去2年連続で、プーティンウィークのプーティンを頼んだ最初の人は私だったけれど、
今年は14時前に到着したので、残念ながら1番ではなかった。
メニューにはこのプーティンについて記載はなかったけれど、プーティンの種類が増えて
いて、昨年の特別プーティン「プーティン オランジ」も含まれていた。
プーティン チャイニーズ フォンデュ
フェイスブックに記載の通り、牛肉、鶏肉、ブロッコリー、マッシュルーム、チーズ
カード、ポテトが入っていて、ソースが添えられていた。
上には白・黒ゴマ、ネギがかかっていた。
確かにモントリオールで行ったフォンデュと鍋のお店では、つゆではなくてディップ
ソースが何種類も出されたので、コンセプトは分からなくもなかった。
ソースは醤油とマヨネーズと混ぜたようなものと、シラチャソースとマヨネーズを混ぜた
ようなもので、両方ともマヨネーズが入っていたのでどちらも使わなかった。
毎度のようにポテトは細く、サクサクしていた。
マッシュルームは薄切りで、鶏肉は全て胸肉だった。
牛肉はとても薄くスライスされていて、しゃぶしゃぶやすき焼き用にそっくりだった。
鶏肉も牛肉も、しっとりとして柔らかかった。
チーズカードは小さいけれどキュッと歯ごたえがあり、ソースは甘辛いとろみがあった。
ソースを付けなかったのでフォンデュは思い浮かばなかったものの、このレストランは
いつも料理が美味しく、接客も丁寧で好きな場所の1つ。
ちなみに、これがプーティンウィークの帽子。
