Ultimate Cheese Sampler From Buffalo Wild Wings

Buffalo Wild Wings had a new share menu called "Ultimate Cheese Sampler."

This plate contained bite-size grilled cheese sandwiches with a dusting of Desert Heat, fried cheddar cheese curds and mozzarella sticks.

The dipping sauces were creamy garlic marinara and southwestern ranch.

Garlic marinara sauce had refreshing and sour tomato with a kick of garlic flavor.
Southwestern ranch tasted like chipotle mayonnaise to me, and I didn't really use this one.

Fried cheese curds were golden brown outside.

The breading was crunchy, the outer side of the cheese curds were melted and the center had some squeakiness.

Grilled cheese sandwiches were buttered on both sides, but I didn't really notice any smokiness of Desert Heat.

I think it's cheddar, monterey jack or yellow American cheese.

When I bit, it had creamy and a hint of spiciness, and it looked like they put Queso dip.
Whatever the ingredient it was, it added creaminess and saltiness.

Mozzarella sticks were coated with parsley and garlic breading.

The cheese inside was melted and cheesy, and as the breading was seasoned, it tasted good as it was without any dipping sauce.

バッファローワイルドウィングスの新メニューに「アルティメット チーズサンプラー」と

いうシェアするものがあった。

これはデザートヒートをかけた一口サイズのグリルドチーズ、チェダーチーズカードを

揚げたもの、モッツァレラスティックのセットで、ディップソースにはニンニク入りの

マリナラソースとサウスウェスタン ランチが添えられていた。

ガーリック マリナラソースはさっぱりした酸味のあるトマトに、ニンニクが効いて

いた。

サウスウェスタン ランチはチポーレとマヨネーズを混ぜたような味で、ほぼ使わずに

食べた。

フライド チーズカードはきつね色に揚がっていた。

衣はサクサクしていて、チーズカードの外側は溶け、中心は少し歯応えが残っていた。

グリルドチーズは両面にバターが塗られていて、デザートヒートのスモーキーさは特に

感じられなかった。

チーズはチェダーかモントレージャック、黄色のアメリカンチーズだったと思う。

噛んだ時にクリーミーで少しピリッとした味がしたので開いてみると、ケソディップの

ようなものが入っていた。

性格に何が使われていたかは分からないけれど、とろみと塩気を足していた。
