バッファローワイルドウィングスのムンバイ マサラ

 My husband saw a new limited time sauce at Buffalo Wild Wings the other day, and we went there tonight to try it.
The regular menu didn't have a the leaflet with special items, and when we asked for it, we saw the new sauce called Mumbai Masala.
According to the menu, it's inspired by tikka masala and tomato-base sauce with coriander, garlic, paprika, cumin and turmeric.

 We got snack size boneless chickens with carrots, celery and ranch sauce.

 As soon as the plate was brought, the table was filled with curry and spice flavors.
Each piece was coated with breading and sauce very well.

 The curry was spicy yet also sour as it's tomato base, and it had very rich spice flavors.
It's pretty much what I'd thought it'd taste like and the flavor was true to the name unlike Mayan Midnight Mole.

旦那が先日バッファローワイルドウィングスで期間限定ソースを見たと言っていたので、
今夜食べに行って来た。
通常メニューには特別メニューが載ったリーフレットが挟まれていなかったのでお願い
すると、ムンバイ マサラというソースがあった。

 メニューによると、これはティッカマサラにインスピレーションを受けたもので、トマト
ベースのソースにコリアンダー、ニンニク、パプリカ、クミン、ターメリックを合わせた
ものらしい。

 スナックサイズのボンレスチキンをニンジン、セロリ、ランチソースで注文した。
料理が運ばれると、カレーとスパイスの香りがテーブルいっぱいに広がった。
衣が付いた各チキンにソースがしっかりと絡んでいた。
カレーは辛くトマトベースなので酸味もあり、スパイスの味もしっかりとあって美味し
かった。
マヤ ミッドナイト モレとは異なり、名前に沿った味で、想像した通りのものだった。
