As an appetizer, we had Chili Con Queso Dip at Buffalo Wild Wings before Cheeseburger Slammers and Buttery Maple boneless chickens.

Chili con Queso is one of the representative dishes of Tex-Mex, and it's chili with yellow cheese sauce.

In the chili, ground meat, onions, tomatoes, chili powder and red kidney beans.

It's served with a load of tortilla chips, and int he center, there's a paper cup with chili con queso topped with diced tomatoes.

The chips were crispy and light, and they seemed to be fried before serving.

The chili con queso was salty and cheesy, and the flavor and the texture were similar to nacho cheese sauce sold at movie theaters.

There's a chunk of large ground beef stuck together, which was weird.

I'd have liked it more if it's "chili sin queso," that I mean only chili, without cheese.

バッファローワイルドウィングスで、チーズバーガースラマーズとバタリーメープル 

ボンレスチキンと一緒に前菜としてチリ コン ケソ ディップを注文した。

チリ コン ケソ（Chili con Queso）はスペイン語で「チリとチーズ」を意味し、テクス・

メクス（メキシコ風アメリカ料理で、テキサス独自の料理）を代表する料理で、チリに

黄色いチーズを混ぜたディップ。

チリには挽肉、タマネギ、トマト、チリパウダー、赤いんげん豆が使われる。

お皿の中心には紙カップがあり、中にはチリ コン ケソと粗みじん切りのトマトが入って

いて、その周りには沢山のトルティーヤチップスが敷かれていた。

チップスは軽くサクサクしていて、提供前に揚げられているようだった。

チリ コン ケソは塩っぱくチーズの味が濃く、映画館で販売されているナチョチーズの

チーズソースの味と食感に似ていた。

中には挽肉同士がくっついて一塊になったものが入っていた。

チーズがない「チリ」だけだったら美味しかったかもしれない。
