Coco Vanil' From Queues de Castor

We saw Queues de Castor, a.k.a. BeaverTails, was at "Le Grand Marché de Noël de Montréal" at Place des Arts.
We tried the following shops at the winter market.
1001 Fondues

Au Pied de Cochon
Somehow it's hard to find the authentic shop in Montreal opens for business during winter season, we had "Coco Vanil'" this time.
Near the name of Coco Vanil', there's Oreo logo, so I assumed this Cookie & Vanilla flavor used Oreo cookies.
Like before, they fried the dough to order and it's very hot when it's handed.
The image showed much more white cream on the dough, but ours had a lot of cookie crumbles and we couldn't really see the cream.
The dough was lightly crispy outside and chewy inside, and though it's greasy, bitter sweet cookie crumbles and sugary cream and chocolate syrup covered the oily taste.

プラス・デザールのウィンターマーケットで、Queues de Castor（ビーバーテイルズ）が
出店していた。
ウィンターマーケットで食べたものは以下。

オ・ピエ・ド・コション
冬期はモントリオールで営業しているお店を見つけるのが難しいので、「クッキー&
バニラ」を今回は買った。
Coco & Vanil' というフレーバー名の近くにオレオのロゴがあったので、このクッキー&
バニラ味はオレオクッキーが使われているのだと予想した。
以前のように注文を受けてから生地を揚げていたので、熱々の商品が手渡された。
イメージ画像は白いクリームが見えていたけれど、実物には沢山の砕いたクッキーが
乗っていたので、クリームはあまり見えなかった。
生地は外側が軽くサクサクし、内側はもっちりしていた。
脂っこかったけれど、ほろ苦いクッキーと甘いクリーム、チョコレートシロップの味で
油の味はあまりしなかった。
