Buffalo Wild Wings launched a new limited time sauce called "Moroccan Fire" early in June, 2015 as their Facebook page shared a photo on June 6.
"Inspired by harissa sauce, this powerful combination of roasted red and serrano peppers, garlic, coriander, cayenne and caraway packs heat for sure, but don't let that scare you from trying this explosion of complex flavors."
When we asked a waiter, he said it's not that spicy even though we had thought it'd be quite spicy as the flavor has "fire" in the name.
Small, Boneless and Limited Time Only stickers.
I think this is first time to see a "Limited Time Only" sticker.
This time, the sauce wasn't watery and was thicker and stickier than Jammin' Jalapeño.
When I smelled the plate, it had similar scent like taco meat used in tacos, and it had peppery taste when I ate it.
Like the waiter said, it's not that spicy and to me, it's sweet-spicy flavor, but those who don't like spicy food, they may feel tangy and heat on the lips and tongue.
I think Coco Ichibany's level 3 curry is spicier.

2015年6月上旬に発売した。
Facebookでは6月6日に写真が掲載されていた。
* モロッカン（Moroccan）はモロッコの、という意味
「ハリッさソースにヒントを得て、ローストした赤唐辛子とセラーノ唐辛子、ニンニク、
コリアンダー、カイエン、キャラウェイの力強い組み合わせが間違いなく辛さを出して
いるけれど、この複雑なフレーバーの爆発をぜひ試してみて」と説明が載っていた。
「ファイア（炎）」が名前に入っているけれど、ウェイターによるとあまり辛くないとの
ことだった。
敷き紙には「スモール」「ボンレス」「期間限定」のシールが貼ってあり、期間限定の
シールは初めて見た気がする。
今回のソースはジャミン ハラペーニョとは異なり水っぽくはなく、濃く粘度があった。
香りを嗅いでみるとタコスに使われるタコミートのようで、食べてみると胡椒が効いて
いた。
ウェイターが言っていた通り辛さはほとんどなく、私には甘辛い印象だったけれど、
辛さに弱い人には後から唇や舌がビリビリするかもしれない。
CoCo壱番屋の3辛の方が辛い気がする。
