When we went to Citi Field, our main reason wasn't to watch the game (New York Mets vs. San Francisco Giants, ended with 0-5), which turned out to be Mets' second no-hit game since September 8, 1993, but our focus was some foods that only this stadium sells.
To start off, we got a "Slow Braised Black Angus Short Rib Grilled Cheese" from Pressed by Josh Capon.
Between challah brioche, besides black angus, there're taleggio cheese, fresh arugula and roasted tomato jam.
The toast had tasty grilled marks, and both sides were buttered and crispy.
There's a bed of potato chips underneath.
The sandwich was quite heavy and thick with fillings.
The bread was soft inside and crispy outside, and the generous amount of soft and juicy angus beef was sliding down from the challah bread with runny cheese.
The beef was seasoned well and so soft that I didn't have to bit it off, cheese was creamy, tomato jam added subtle sourness and arugula added refreshing bitterness.
The chips underneath were thick sliced kettle chips.
They're seasoned with powder that tasted like sour cream and it's a housemade salt & vinegar, according to the board.

サクしていた。

フィリングが入ったサンドイッチは分厚くずっしりとしていた。
内側が柔らかく外側はサクサクしたパンに、たっぷりと挟まれた柔らかくてジューシーな
アンガス牛は溶けたチーズと一緒に滑り出してきた。
牛肉はしっかりと味が付いていて、とても柔らかいため噛み切る必要がなく、チーズは
クリーミーで、トマトジャムが少し酸味を足し、ルッコラがすっきりした苦味を足して
いた。
ポテトチップスは分厚くスライスされたケトルチップスで、サワークリームのような
酸味がある粉がかかっていた。
メニュー版を読むと自家製のソルト&ビネガーだと書かれていた。
