S'mores Dipped Bacon From Pig Guy NYC

My husband found that one of the venders at Citi Field sold Maple Bacon and S'mores Bacon.
The shop is called "Pig Guy NYC" and when we got there, they had S'mores and Slated Caramel in large letters, then I didn't notice "maple" on the left.
I chose S'mores and it's a "thick-cut bacon dipped in semi-sweet chocolate & topped with crushed graham crackers & marshmallows."
They dipped a slab of bacon with skewer into chocolate and fully coated with grahams and marshmallows.
I could see white marshmallow dots.
The bacon was salty, semi-sweet chocolate was bitter than I thought as the graham and marshmallows were sweet.
In a way, the chocolate tasted similar to mole sauce.
The bacon was a bit tough and not as soft as pulled pork.
There're some fat in places.
I had thought it'd taste terrible before I ate it, but actually I enjoyed the salty, bitter, and sweet flavors all at once besides pork flavor.

旦那がシティフィールドでメープルベーコン、スモアズ ベーコンを販売しているお店を
見つけた。
「ピッグ ガイ NYC」というお店だと知り行ってメニューを見てみると、スモアズと塩
キャラメルが大きく表示されていて、メープルに気がつかなかった。
私が選んだスモアズは「分厚いベーコンをセミスイートチョコレートに浸し、砕いた
グラハムクラッカーとマシュマロをかけたもの」と書かれていた。
串刺しの厚みのあるベーコンをチョコレートに浸け、全体をグラハムとマシュマロで
包んでいた。
グラハムの中に白い小さなマシュマロの粒が見えた。
ベーコンは塩気があり、グラハムとマシュマロが甘かったためかセミスイートチョコ
レートは思った以上に苦味があり、モレソースのようだと思った。
ベーコンはプルドポークとは異なり少し硬く、所々に脂身があった。
食べるまでは不味いだろうと思っていたけれど、塩気、苦味、甘さと豚肉の風味がよく
合っていた。
