トランプリンクのレリッシュ ケータラーズのグリルドチーズ

We went skating at Trump Rink, it's one of the things I always wanted to do somewhere in the city.
While the rink was cleaned, we had some food from Relish Caterers inside of the establishment.
I could choose cheese among provolone, American, Swiss and cheddar, also bread from white, wheat, multigrain and rye.
Mine was white with American cheese.
A pickle slice was skewered on the top.
As both sides were buttered, the sandwich smelled very good.
American cheese was melted soft, and the amount of cheese they put wasn't stingy at all even though it's sold at a concession by the skate rink.
(Usually these types of restaurants charge you over-priced and you get so little.)
The crusts were crispy also.
The pickle was half-sour, and I'm so used to full-sour pickles, this wasn't sour enough and it's just salty like "asazuke (浅漬け)," a method to pickle vegetables for a short time.

ニューヨーク市内でやってみたいことの1つだったスケートをしに、トランプリンクへ
行ってきた。
リンクの清掃中にレリッシュケータラーズというお店からグリルドチーズなどを買った。
チーズの種類はプロボロン、アメリカン、スイス、チェダーがあり、パンは白いパン、
麦パン、穀物パン、ライ麦パンがあり、白いパンにアメリカンチーズを挟んでもらった。
グリルドチーズにはピクルスが乗っていた。
パニーニプレスが使われていたため表面には波模様が付き、サクサクした食感を出して
いた。
両面にバターが塗られていたので香りがとても良かった。
挟まれていたアメリカンチーズは柔らかく溶けていて、スケートリンクに併設された
お店で販売されているにもかかわらず、チーズはたっぷり入っていた。
（この種のお店は高すぎる割には量が少ないことが多い）
耳もサクサクしていた。
ピクルスはハーフサワー（「半分酸っぱい」の意味）で、私はフルサワー（よく浸かった
酸味の強い種類）に慣れているので物足りなかった。
塩気があり、日本の浅漬けに似ていた。
