Grilled Cheese From Junior's

July 30, 2015 was National Cheesecake Day, and at Junior's, any cheesecake would be half the price with purchase of an entree, so I got a grilled cheese.
The choice of cheese was American, Swiss, Cheddar, Mozzarella and Brie, and I like a simple and classic grilled cheese sandwich so that I got it with American.
The bread was yellowish and they're thick slices of challah like Texas toast.
Both sides were lightly buttered and toasted, but didn't have the crunchiness that I like.
And it's too thick for me as I prefer regular and ordinary thinner sliced bread.
The cheese was melted and gooey, and the cheese was put throughout on the bread so that I could taste the melty cheese every bite.
The sandwich was served with thick cut fries and maybe I should have shared the plate with my husband as it's really fulfilling.

2015年7月30日はナショナル チーズケーキ デーで、ジュニアズではメインを注文すると
チーズケーキが半額になるプロモーションを行っていたので、グリルドチーズを頼んだ。
チーズはアメリカン、スイス、チェダー、モッツァレラ、ブリーから選ぶことができ、
シンプルでクラシックなグリルドチーズ サンドイッチが好きなので、アメリカンチーズを
選んだ。
パンは黄色がかっていて、テキサストーストのように分厚くスライスされたハラー
だった。
* ハラー（challah）はユダヤ教が安息日や祝祭日に食べるパン
パンは両面とも軽くバターが塗られてトーストしてあったけれど、私の好きなカリッと
した食感はなかった。
よくある普通の薄めにスライスされたパンで作られたものが好きなので、これは少し分厚
過ぎた。
溶けてとろっとしたチーズがパン全体に挟まれていたので、どこを食べてもチーズが出て
きた。
太めにカットされたポテトが添えられていてかなり食べ応えがあったので、この1皿を
旦那と分ければ良かったかもしれない。
