I was interested in Junior's Low-Carb Sugar Free Cheesecake for a while, and last weekend, I bought one to give it a try.

It's much smaller but more expensive than a slice of regular cheesecake.
The height of the slice didn't even reach the rim of the bottom half of the case unlike a normal cheesecake and the isosceles triangle was narrower, too.
Here is the slice of Low-Carb Sugar Free Cheesecake I was longing for.
When I saw this cheesecake, I noticed several differences besides the portion.
1. It's paler without any lightly browned surface or edge except the pieces placed on the edge.
2. There's no sponge cake at the bottom.
The taste and texture were surprisingly close to the regular cheesecake.
It's slightly softer and had lighter taste, and I thought it's a bit less sweet and rich.
However, it still had rich and fulfilling texture.
I actually liked this cheesecake better but it's so pricy that maybe I'll buy this every 3 times.

買ってみた。

チーズケーキ
通常のチーズケーキよりも小さいのに、料金はさらに高かった。
普通のチーズケーキと異なりトレーの下半分の縁に届かず、二等辺三角形も細身だった。
チーズケーキを見て、量以外の違いにも気がついた。
1. 表面や端に焼き色がなく色が白くて、よく焼けた部分の破片が少し乗っていた程度。
2. 底にスポンジケーキがない。
肝心の味と食感は、通常のチーズケーキとほとんど変わらず美味しくて驚いた。
少し柔らかくあっさりし、甘さが控え目で深みが少ない気もしたけれど、むちっとした
濃厚な質感はほぼ同じで食べ応えがあるしっかりした食感だった。
どちらかと言うとこのチーズケーキの方が好きな味だけれど、割高なので3回に1回程度の
割合でこの低炭水化物無糖チーズケーキを買おうと思う。
