After having a lunch at Landmark Coffee Shop, we went to a famous cheesecake shop called "Eileen's Special Cheesecake."

In a small shop, there're counters and tables, and in the showcase, there're various cakes.

On the top rack, they're all cheesecake, and I got a plain cheesecake.

Not only the bottom, but also the side and the top had cookie crumbs.

It's very light, airy, and smooth with a hint of salt, and the cookie crumbs weren't so crispy but moist, but the texture was matching the soft cheesecake.

I liked the way they made cheesecake as most of them was a mini tart shape instead of sliced cakes and there's no edge which can be dried.
When I go down that area, I think I'm gonna stop by and try other cakes, too.

ランドマークコーヒーショップで昼食を食べた後、「エイリーンズ スペシャルチーズ
ケーキ」という有名なお店に行った。
小さな店内にはカウンターとテーブルがあり、ショーケースには沢山のケーキが並べて
あった。
上段がチーズケーキだったので、何もデコレーションがされていないプレーンチーズ
ケーキを買って店内で食べた。

チーズケーキの底部分だけではなく、側面と上部にも砕いたクッキーが使われていた。
チーズケーキはほんの少しだけ塩気があり、ふんわりと軽く滑らかで、クッキー生地は
サクサクではなくしっとりしていて、柔らかいケーキとよく合っていた。

小さなタルト型で販売されているので、よくあるカットされたチーズケーキと違って
乾燥している部分がなく良かった。
次回またソーホーに行く際は立ち寄って、他のケーキも試してみたい。
