Mac n Cheese Grilled Cheese From The American Grilled Cheese Kitchen

When I was coming back from Coit Tower, I went to The American Grilled Cheese Kitchen as I saw it while I was in the car driving nearby before and I was interested in.
Menu
There're many counter tables inside and outside, there're some tables, too.
I ordered a Mac n Cheese Grilled Cheese and was given a numbered stand.
When the food was ready, they brought it to my table and also they gave me a strawberry for dessert.
"Mac n cheese stuffed into a garlic buttered grilled cheese on sourdough"
There's a lot of mac n cheese between the bread and they're very cheesy.
The cheese was pale yellow and close to white, maybe it's white cheddars.
Some black peppers were added and it's well balanced with garlic butter.
The crust was crispy and every time I bit, it made sounds while the other part of the bread was soft and moist.
The garlic buttered surface was lightly crispy, too.
As it's much cheesier and fuller than that of Boudin Bakery, I tasted subtler sourness.
There're bottles of sauces and ketchup, and I tried 2 kinds of "Palo Alto Fire Fighters."
Pepper Sauce in the middle tasted like tabasco, and XX Habanero Pepper Sauce had smoky flavor besides heat.
The gratis strawberry was huge, like 8cm/3.14 inch, and sweet.

コイトタワーに行った後、アメリカン グリルドチーズ キッチンというお店へ行った。
ここは車で近く通り過ぎた時に見つけて、気になっていたお店。
店内には沢山のカウンター席があり、外にもテーブルがいくつかあった。
マックアンドチーズ グリルドチーズを頼むと、番号が付いたスタンドが渡された。
出来上がるとテーブルまで持って来てくれ、デザートにとイチゴをくれた。
「マックアンドチーズを詰め、サワードウにガーリックバターを塗ったグリルドチーズ」
パンの間にはマックアンドチーズが沢山入っていて、チーズがたっぷり使われていた。
黒胡椒が少し入っていて、ガーリックバターとバランスが良かった。
パンの耳はサクサクで噛むたびに音がし、耳以外の部分は柔らかくしっとりとしていた。
ガーリックバターが塗られた表面は軽くカリッとしていた。
ボウディーンベーカリーのものよりもチーズの味が濃く、具も入っていたので、サワー
ドウの酸味が軽く感じた。
ケチャップやソースのボトルが並んでいて、「パロアルト ファイヤーファイターズ」と
いう2種類のソースを試した。
ペッパーソース（中心）はタバスコに似た味がし、XXハバネロ ペッパーソースは燻製の
香りが加わっていた。
サービスでもらえたイチゴはとても大きく8センチほどあり、甘かった。
