We went to "Cinderella's Royal Table," where you can dine inside Cinderella Castle and meet Disney Princesses.

At night during Christmas season.

Menu
We went to dinner but they also have lunch.

After checking in, we went into the Castle and there's Cinderella waiting for the guests.

Both architecture and decorations were medieval.

Though we're where a bit before the reservation time, we ended up waiting for more than 30 minutes inside of the Castle before they called our name.
We'd experienced this "what reservation mean?" situation before at Dinner At Be Our Guest Restaurant so it's not new to us, but I would appreciate if they could keep things punctual and reasonable because people would plan for the rest of the day based on what they expect to be seated and leave.

Finally our name was called and before the name was called, they tubular bells and they made a beautiful brassy sound.

We're taken to the higher floor in an elevator, then we saw this.

Table

It's a 3 course prix-fixe menu, and adult meal included soft drinks and even refills.

Bread and Butter

Appetizers of The Court
Pan-Seared Scallop
Served with Cabernet Risotto, Port Wine Reduction and Basil Olive
As the risotto was cooked with Cabernet, a type of wine, it's dark red, and the plate was decorated with wine sauce and basil olive oil beautifully.

A Royal Tasting of Cheese
A trio of Cheese with Accompaniments
I think they're parmesan, smoked and goat cheese with rusk and jams.
At least one of them was too stinky and I couldn't eat it, I remember.

Soup of the Day

My husband was interested in the soup, which was "Beer Cheese," but he's also skeptical about the beer flavor, and the server brought us a cup of soup to try.

It's creamy and salty with moderate cheese flavor, and beer was cooked out so that I didn't really taste beer.

Entrées Royal

Seasonal Gnocchi with Roasted Vegetables

Eggplant, Mushrooms and Squash tossed with Gnocchi, Arugula, Brown Butter Sauce and finished with shaved Drunken Goat Cheese and Leeks

I was afraid the Drunken Goat Cheese would be smelly so asked them to put it on the side when I ordered.
It's a type of cheese soaked in red wine for 48 to 72 hours as a whole wheel.
It didn't have much wine scent yet the odor of the goat milk was very strong.

Finely shredded vegetables were fried and crispy, and gnocchi was chewy, mushroom was soft, and I loved the fulfilling and various textures.
The brown butter sauce tasted like soy sauce to me, and it's a bit salty.

Steak and Shrimp

Grilled Beef Tenderloin and Roasted Shrimp served with Gouda-Mashed Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables and Beef Glaze

Seasonal Dessert: Cheesecake
I love cheesecake so that it didn't take a second to decide what to get.

Over a mini whole cheesecake, there're whipped cream, strawberry compote and sauce.
The cheesecake was thick and creamy like New York style cheesecake.

Our Signature Dessert
Flourless Chocolate Cake with Caramel Hazelnut, Meringue and Berry Compote

As it's a flourless cake, it had rich a rich in chocolate lava cake.
Meringue was torched a bit and the compote was blueberries and raspberries.

While dining, 4 Disney Princesses were going around the tables to greet and take photos.
There's no casts attended so that you need to take photos on your own, or ask the guests near your table.
That day, there're the following Princesses, and they may be varied depends on the time and day but Cinderella should always be in the Castle.

I did what I'd wanted to do; brush my hair with a fork when I see Ariel, and I carried it out.

Rapunzel from Rapunzel

We booked the last slot of the day and the Princesses seemed a little bit tired, but I was glad to be able to take photos with them.
They spent long time at those tables with kids, but they stayed for 20 seconds or so at other tables with only adults, which was a bit disappointing.
The casts were checking with guests if they could take photos with all the Princesses and it's nice and thoughtful of them.

Girls (including adults) got a stick with a blue star.

Boys received a sword.

Window side.

We took the stairs down when we left, and on the wall, there's a stained glass of Cinderella.

シンデレラ城の中で食事ができ、ディズニープリンセスに会える「シンデレラのロイヤル

テーブル」へ行った。

クリスマスシーズンのライトアップ。

私たちはディナーに行ったけれど、ランチも提供されている。

受付を済ませてお城に入ると、シンデレラがゲストを待っていた。

中世の建築と装飾だった。

予約時間より数分前に着いたものの、名前を呼ばれるまで約30分お城の中で待った。

以前ビーアワゲストレストランのディナーへ行った際に経験したのだけれど、「予約

時間の意味があるのか？」と疑ってしまう。

予約時間を基にして何時に座って何時にお店を出るかを想定し、残りの日の過ごし方を

計画する人もいるので、もう少し時間に正確になってもらいたい。

やっと名前が呼ばれた際、3本のチューブラーベルが鳴らされて綺麗な音色だった。

エレベーターで上へ行くと、このような光景が広がっていた。

メニュー

プリフィックスの3コースメニューで、大人用のメニューはソフトドリンク、お代わりが
含まれていた。

パンとバター

アペタイザーオブザコート
パンシアードのホタテ
カベルネリゾット、煮詰めたポートワイン、バジルオリーブを添えて
リゾットはワインの一種カベルネで調理されていたため赤く、お皿はワインソースと
バジルオリーブオイルで綺麗にデコレーションされていた。

ロイヤルテイスティングオブチーズ
チーズのトリオと付け合わせ
ラスク、ジャムが添えられ、パルメザン、スモーク、ヤギチーズだったと思う。
少なくともこのうち1個はかなりクセが強く、食べられなかったのを覚えている。

本日のスープ
旦那がスープに興味があったものの、「ビールとチーズ」ということでビールの味がする
のではないかと気になっていたところ、サーバーがカップに入れて持って来てくれた。
クリーミーで塩気があり、適度なチーズの味がし、ビールはアルコールが飛んでいたため
味はしなかった。

ロイヤルメイン
季節のニョッキとローストベジタブル
ナス、キノコ、スクウォッシュをニョッキ、ルッコラ、ブラウンバターソースと混ぜ、
ドランクンゴートチーズとネギを添えて

ドランクンゴートチーズは臭いとと思ったので、別添えにしてもらった。
直訳すると「酔ったヤギ乳のチーズ」となり、これは48〜72時間赤ワインにチーズを
丸ごと漬けたもの。
ワインの香りはそれほど強くなく、それよりもヤギ乳の臭みが強かった。

細く切った野菜は揚げてあったのでサクサクし、ニョッキはもっちり、キノコは柔らか
く、様々な食感でお腹がいっぱいになった。
ブラウンバターソースは醤油のような味で、少し塩っぱかった。

ステーキとエビ
ビーフテンダーロインとエビのグリル、ゴーダチーズ入りマッシュポテト、季節の野菜、
ビーフグレーズ

フィーナレ
季節のデザート：チーズケーキ
チーズケーキが大好きなので、迷う暇もなく選んだ。

小さなホールチーズケーキの上に、生クリーム、イチゴのコンポートとソースがかかって
いた。
クリーミーで濃厚なニューヨークチーズケーキだった。

ジュニアズのラズベリースワールリトルフェラ

シグネチャーデザート
フラワーレスチョコレートケーキにキャラメルヘーゼルナッツ、メレンゲ、ベリー
コンポートを添えて

粉類を使っていないケーキで、チョコレートの味がしっかりとしたフォンダンショコラ
だった。
メレンゲは軽く焦がしてあり、ブルーベリーとラズベリーのコンポートが添えてあった。

食事中、4人のディズニープリンセスが各テーブルを回って話したり写真を撮ったりして
いた。
キャストは付いて回らないので、各自で写真を撮るか近くのテーブルの人に頼むことに
なる。
この日は以下の4人がいたけれど、時間や日によってお城にいるプリンセスは異なる。
ただ、シンデレラは必ずお城にいる。
