Besides Disney's Easter Afternoon Tea Set and Cocktails, we got a Minnie Mouse Dessert Medley.

There's an edible sheet of red and pink dots at the bottom.

Minnie was a printed chocolate.

Strawberry Sorbet
The pink monaka (crispy wafer) was heart shape.

And there's strawberry sorbet.

I think it's to eat as it's served, like an ice cream sandwich, but the sorbet was ball-shape and slippery, so I put some sorbet in my mouth and bit monaka instead.
Underneath the bottom monaka, there're some berry flavored sauce to keep the monaka still while they're serving the plate.

Sakura Jelly and Panna Cotta

The green ball was melon and the wavy stick was make with white chocolate.

Sakura jelly was smooth but no sakura flavor, and panna cotta had a rich coconut flavor.

Mascarpone Cream Roll Cake

The ribbon was a thin and crispy cookie, and strawberries, a blueberry and a raspberry were served.

The cake was moist and soft, and mascarpone cream was light and fluffy.
The cake had subtle strawberry flavor and it's lightly sweetened.

ディズニー・イースター アフタヌーンティー セット、カクテルと一緒に、ミニーマウス
デザートメドレーも頼んだ。
プレートの下側には食べられるシートで、赤地にピンク色の水玉模様が入っていた。
ミニーはチョコレートが印刷されたものだった。

ストロベリーソルベ
ピンク色のモナカには、ストロベリーソルベが入っていた。
多分ソルベを挟んだ状態で食べるのだと思うけれど、ソルベは丸く滑りやすかったので
ソルベを1口食べ、モナカを噛むという食べ方にした。
下側のモナカの下にはベリー系のソースが付いていて、お皿を運ぶ時にずれないよう工夫
してあった。

サクラのゼリーとパンナコッタ
緑色の玉はメロンで、波型の飾りはホワイトチョコレートだった。
ゼリーはつるっとして桜の風味はなく、パンナコッタはココナッツの香りが強かった。

マスカルポーネクリームのロールケーキ
リボンは薄くサクサクしたクッキーでできていた。
生地はしっとり柔らかく、マスカルポーネはふわっと軽く食感だった。
生地はストロベリーのような風味があり、ほのかな甘みがあった。
