For Frozen Fantasy, we wrapped up the day at Sherwood Garden in Disneyland Hotel.
Elsa made of bread or biscuit.
Anna was also made of edible ingredients.
Olaf plate was made with baked goods.
Olaf cookie with icing.
Even cheese was stamped with "Anna and Elsa's Frozen Fantasy."
There're Sven's antlers.
First round; 4 kinds of vegetables breads (tomato, carrot, pumpkin and spinach), potato gratin, salmon, penne, curry flavored meat balls and a scallop cooked in cream.
Second plate; roast beef.
At Sherwood Garden, they have 2 kinds of Frozen Fantasy themed non-alcoholic cocktail, and we ordered one each.
The left side is called "True Heart of Anna" and on the right, it's "Elegant Elsa."
For True Heart of Anna, a waiter poured red syrup and the color of the juice changed all of the sudden and it's showing when Anna was defrosted in the movie.
True Heart of Anna had cotton candy on the top before pouring the red liquid, and the cotton candy was pop rocks so that the mocktail kept making popping noise loudly for a long time.
It's made with cranberry juice, apple juice, blue syrup and ginger ale.
It's very sweet with popping texture.
This is after stirring the glass well, and the color became light blue like Elsa's dress.
It contained calpico, peach nectar and blue syrup.
It's sweet but refreshing.
Steamed vegetables had snowflake-shaped daikon radishes.
A white chocolate danish and a baked donut.
The baked donut on the right was one of the last batch and I was luckily offered to take one by an employee.
Rice cooked with mushrooms and other vegetables.
Corn cream soup.
Frozen Fantasy themed blue jelly with yogurt mousse.
The blue jelly was exactly the same as Afternoon Tea Set and Olaf Dessert Medley.
Tiramisu cake had "Anna and Elsa's Frozen Fantasy" with white powder sugar.
Ice Monaka, which is soft and light wafer shell.
When I asked one, a cook prepared to order and scooped vanilla ice cream between two crispy Monaka.
The ice cream was good, but I liked the light and crispy wafers with a snowflake patter a lot.
Zuccotto ha flight blue cream outside and powdered sugar, snowflake-shaped white chocolate and Elsa's crown.
Sponge cake and cream with chopped chocolate filling.
Eclairs were Olaf's body.
An eclair and a slice of tiramisu cake.
Cauliflower mousse topped with olive and squid ink fried pasta to recreate Olaf.
Matcha mousse had Anna's crown and her green dress color patterns.
Matcha cake was smooth and flabby, and it's not bitter.
Raspberry cake had an interesting pattern at the bottom with rolled cake facing outside.
I finally had some vegetables.
Bavarois with fruits. --- I don't think I tried this.

東京ディズニーランドでフローズンファンタジーを満喫した日の〆に、ディズニーランド
ホテルにあるシャーウッドガーデンのバフェに行った。
エルサ、アナ、オラフの飾りはパンかビスケットで、食べられる素材で出来ていた。
大きなチーズにも「アナとエルサのフローズンファンタジー」と焼き印が押されていた。
1皿目は、パン4種類（トマト、ニンジン、カボチャ、ホウレンソウ）、ポテトグラタン、サーモン、ペンネパスタ、カレー風味のミートボール、ホタテのクリーム煮。
2皿目はローストビーフ。
シャーウッドガーデンではフローズンファンタジーのノンアルコールカクテルが2種類販売
されていたので、1個ずつ注文したものが出された。
1つはエレガント・エルサで、もう1つはトゥルーハート・オブ・アナだった。
トゥルーハート・オブ・アナは、店員が赤い色のシロップをテーブルで注いで仕上げる
カクテルで、シロップが入った瞬間にカクテルの色が変わった。
これは、凍ったアナが解ける様子を表しているらしい。
アナのカクテルは綿あめがグラスに乗っていて、赤いシロップを注ぐと解けてパチパチと
音を立てていた。
しばらく大きな音でずっと弾ける音がしていた。
このカクテルはクランベリージュース、アップルジュース、ブルーシロップ、ジンジャー
エールが使われていた。
これはとても甘く、口の中がパチパチした。
エルサのグラスをよく混ぜると、エルサのドレスのような水色に変わった。
カルピス、ピーチネクター、ブルーシロップが入っていて甘かったけれど、すっきりして
いた。
温野菜には雪の結晶の形をしたダイコンが入っていた。
ホワイトチョコレートデニッシュと焼きドーナツは両方星形だった。
店員が「焼きドーナツはこの後に焼く予定がない」と言っていたので運良く1個取ることが
できた。
しめじと野菜が入った炊き込みご飯、コーンクリームスープもあった。
フローズンファンタジーのヨーグルトムースとブルーゼリーのゼリーは、アフタヌーン
ティーやオラフ デザートメドレーと全く同じものだった。
ティラミスケーキの上には「アナとエルサのフローズンファンタジー」と文字が浮かんで
いた。
アイスモナカは、注文をしてから料理人がバニラアイスを2枚のモナカに挟んでくれた。
雪の結晶模様のモナカは薄くパリパリ、サクサクしていてとても美味しかった。
ズコットは水色のクリームにホワイトシュガーがかかり、雪の結晶型のホワイトチョコ
レート、エルサの冠が乗っていた。
スポンジケーキの間には刻んだチョコレート入りのクリームが入っていた。
エクレアはオラフの胴体を表していた。
カリフラワームースはオリーブ、揚げたイカスミパスタが乗っていて、オラフを表して
いた。
抹茶ムースはアナの冠が乗っていて、アナの緑色のドレスの色が使われていた。
ムースはぷるぷるして滑らかで、苦みはなかった。
ラズベリーケーキは外側に渦巻きが見えるようにロールケーキが置かれていて、面白い
デザインだった。
ババロアとフルーツ。←食べなかったと思う。

They have a special buffet featured with Frozen Fantasy.
Elsa made of bread or biscuit.
