When we're at Hilton Tel Aviv, we went to Lobby Lounge & Bar to have some sweets.
My husband got a Chocolate Fudge and I got a Chocolate Soup, which he found the other night but didn't order.
When we ordered these, a waitress said, "Chocolate soup... It's not good," and she added while we're surprised to hear that, "I like it, but so many people ordered this but sent the plate back to the kitchen. I think it tastes good."
Well, when it comes something weird, I'm all up for that, so I got the infamous plate without hesitation.
Chocolate Fudge
It had a chocolate dough walls surrounding shiny and rich chocolate in the center.
The cake was moist but had flaky texture outside, and the center and middle of the cake was very rich like a chocolate brownie.
Chocolate Soup
It really looked like a soup, and there're a black cherry and a macaron.
On the menu, it said "almond filled cigar" and I thought it'd be something skinny and long, but it only looked like a macaron.
The "soup" was subtly bitter milk chocolate, and the texture was flabby, a bit slimy, and starchy like well mixed Swiss Miss Pudding.
However, I didn't understand why many didn't like it because it tasted fine, and I liked this actually.
Not a cigar, but it's a macaron.
It's a crispy macaron without chewy texture and the filling was hazelnut cream.
Later, the waitress came back and asked us how everything was, and I said I liked the soup, then she gasped and said, "You're the first customer who liked this."
Crumble Cheesecake
My husband found this in a showcase and ordered this for me.
The crumbles had similar flavor to a graham cookie, and it also had subtle cinnamon scent.
The cheesecake was soft unlike New York style, and it's light textured though the cream cheese flavor was rich.
I got a Green Tea, and it's interesting that it had a bit of herbal scent and served with sugar pouches.
There's a thin sliced crispy bread-looking cookie with dried fruits and nuts.

旦那はチョコレートファッジ、私はチョコレートスープというものを選んだ。
チョコレートスープは数日前に旦那がメニューで見かけたものの、注文しなかった。
ウェイトレスが「チョコレートスープ...美味しくないです」と言い、私たちが驚いて
いると「私は好きですが、注文した多くの人がキッチンに料理を返していました。私は
美味しいと思います」と付け加えた。
変わったものであればあるほど興味があるので、迷わずにチョコレートスープを頼んだ。
チョコレートファッジ
チョコレート生地が中心にある艶々した濃厚なチョコレートを囲んでいた。
ケーキはしっとりし、外側はサラッとしていた。
中心の真ん中の部分はチョコレートブラウニーのようにかなり濃厚だった。

本当にスープのような見た目で、ブラックチェリーとマカロンらしきものが乗っていた。
メニューにはアーモンド入りのシガーと書かれていたので、細長いものが添えてあるかと
思ったけれど、どう見てもマカロンだった。
「スープ」は少しだけ苦味のあるミルクチョコレートで、スイス ミス プディングをよく
混ぜたような柔らかく、どろっとした質感だった。
ただ、なぜ多くの人が不味いと思ったのかは分からない美味しさで、私は好きだった。
シガーではなく、むっちりした食感がなくサクサクのマカロンで、ヘーゼルナッツの
クリームが入っていた。
ウェイトレスに「どうでした？」と聞かれ、「美味しかった」と答えると「美味しいと
言ったお客さんは初めてです」と驚かれた。
クランブル チーズケーキ
これはショーケースで旦那が見つけ、注文してくれた。
クランブル（粉々に砕いたという意味）はグラハムクラッカーに似た味で少しシナモンの
香りがし、チーズケーキの部分はニューヨークスタイルとは異なり柔らかく、クリーム
チーズの香りがしっかりしていたものの、食感は軽かった。
上にはブドウが乗っていた。
緑茶を頼むとハーブの香りがし、砂糖が添えられていた。
また、ソーサーには薄切りのパンに似たような見た目のクッキーが乗っていて、ドライ
フルーツやナッツが入っていた。
