I got a cheesecake at Katz's Delicatessen after Pastrami Sandwich and Grilled Cheese.
When I ordered it from the furthest counter from the entrance, an employee took out a plastic covered tray with sliced cheesecakes.
It's put on a dishwasher-fresh and super hot plate.
It's a baked cheesecake and the edge and the bottom were cookies.
The cheesecake was New York style as it's thick and creamy, and the cookie part was moist and fragrant.
One yet major issue I had was all the dust on the surface.
The little black dots weren't vanilla beans but dust and there're even short fibers, too.
Those dust wasn't appetizing for sure and I scraped the top off and ate the rest.

入り口から1番多いカウンターでチーズケーキを注文すると、プラスチックのカバーが
ついた容器からチーズケーキを出した。
ケーキは予めスライスされていて、食洗機から出したばかりの熱々のお皿に乗せられた。
ベイクドチーズケーキで、縁と底にはクッキー生地が見えた。
チーズケーキは濃厚でクリーミーなニューヨークスタイルで、クッキー部分はしっとりと
して香ばしかった。
1個だけ問題点があり、それは表面に埃が付いていたこと。
