After enjoying 4 items at Dreamers Lounge, we moved onto Hyperion Lounge in Disney Ambassador Hotel.
We ordred a Disney's Easter Dessert Set that comes with a dessert plate with a choice of tea or coffee, which you can get as much as you want and even you can change the kinds when you choose tea instead of coffee.
And we ordered a Special Non-Alcoholic Cocktail.

Menu

This plate is called "Spring Basket Parfait," and consists of chiffon cake, 3 kinds of ice cream and seasonal fruits.

Like the name, a thin cookie was surrounding a chiffon cake and was designed as a basket with woven patterns. 
The handle was a cookie and had vines made with green cookie dough.

Ice creams were matcha, mango and strawberry, and fruits were bananas, peaches, strawberries, a raspberry and a kiwi.
On the top, there're pink whipped cream and a marshmallow.

On the plate, Easter eggs were printed, and there're mango and raspberry sauce.

The egg shaped plate was made with white chocolate.

Chiffon cake was very soft, bouncy, and fluffy.
I put some whipped cream, and ate it with some fruits and ice cream.

The basket made with cookie was crispy and tasty.

ドリーマーズラウンジで4商品を楽しんだ後は、ディズニーアンバサダーホテルにある
ハイピリオンラウンジに行った。
ここではディズニー・イースター デザートセットを頼んだ。
これは紅茶かコーヒーがセットになったデザートプレートで、飲み物はお代わり自由で、
紅茶は茶葉の種類を変えることもできる。
また、一緒にスペシャルノンアルコールカクテルも頼んだ。

これは「スプリングバスケット パフェスタイル」という名前で、シフォンケーキ、3種の
アイス、季節のフルーツが入っている。
バスケットという名前の通り、薄いクッキーがシフォンケーキを囲むようにカーブし、
カゴの模様が付いていた。
取手部分はクッキーでできていて、ツルが緑色のクッキーで描かれていた。
アイスは抹茶、マンゴー、イチゴの3種類で、果物はバナナ、モモ、イチゴ、ラズベリー、キウイだった。
1番上にはピンク色の生クリームとマシュマロが飾られていた。

お皿にイースターエッグがプリントされていて、マンゴーとラズベリーソースが飾られ、
ホワイトチョコレートのプレートは卵型で「ディズニー・イースター」と書かれていた。

シフォンケーキはとても柔らかく、ふんわりしていた。
生クリームをつけたり、フルーツやアイスと食べたりして楽しめた。
クッキーのバスケットはサクサクしていて美味しかった。
