We went to IHOP the other night, and they had a bunch of new holiday items on the menu.
We ordered Caramel Bon Bon Pancakes, Chicken & Pumpkin Spice Waffle and Banana Bread French Toast.
When I ordered the Caramel Bon Bon Pancakes, the staff asked me if it's "side" or "full," and I asked him, "Could you make it like the photo on the front," and he said it's a full size, which comes with 4 pancakes.
As the pancakes were hot so that the filling in-between was melted and didn't look like the photo shown, but at least it seemed to have all the ingredients.
It's a tower of 4 buttermilk pancakes with dulce de leche cream, topped with a drizzle of caramel sauce and whipped topping.
The pancake was soft, moist, and thin with light buttermilk flavor, the caramel sauce was sweet but it's light textured, and the dulce de leche cream inside was creamy and rich.
I like flat pancakes besides fluffy ones, and I liked this festive and tasty pancakes.

この前アイホップに行くと、ホリデーメニューが沢山追加されていた。
ビルズ 東急プラザ表参道原宿店
その中からキャラメル ボンボン パンケーキ、チキン&パンプキンスパイス ワッフル、
バナナブレッド フレンチトーストを注文した。
キャラメル ボンボン パンケーキを注文すると、店員が「サイド」か「フル」か聞いて
きたので、「メニューの表紙に載っている写真と同じものにできますか？」と聞いた所、
これはフルサイズとのことで、パンケーキが4枚使われている。
パンケーキは熱々だったので、間に挟まれていたフィリングは溶けていて写真とは異なる
見た目だったけれど、全ての材料がちゃんと使われているようだった。
4枚のバターミルク パンケーキの間にはドゥルセ デ レチェ クリームが入っていて、
上からはキャラメルソースがかけてあり、生クリームがトッピングされていた。
薄いパンケーキは柔らかくしっとりし、バターミルクの香りがあり、キャラメルソースは
甘くさらっとしていて、パンケーキの間のドゥルセ デ レチェはクリーミーで濃厚だった。
私はふんわりしたパンケーキもペラペラのパンケーキも好きなので、このパンケーキも
美味しく食べられた。
