Pumpkin Pancakes Breakfast From Denny's

We're in Las Vegas for a short time to attend a wedding of one of my husband's staffs, and as we love non-healthy stuff, here we come at Denny's to have breakfast.
We saw a seasonal/monthly menu outside the day before, so I was planning to get the new "Pumpkin Pancakes Breakfast."

Red, White & Blue Slam
They said the waiting time would be 15 minutes when we got there a bit after 10 AM, but luckily we're seated in 5 minutes.
In the menu book, there's no Pumpkin Pancakes Breakfast, but a waitress said they have and the pancakes were quite good, so I ordered it.
As it's breakfast, it comes with 2 eggs, hash brown, and 2 bacons.
I asked for egg white scrambled egg instead of sunny-side ups, and chose pork bacon over turkey bacon and 2 sausages.
Pumpkin Pancakes Breakfast
2 pumpkin pancakes and pumpkin whipped cream with cinnamon sugar.
I was hoping them to be as fluffy as Red, White & Blue Pancakes, but these were a bit dry and edges were hard, that was disappointed.
The dough wasn't pumpkin flavor but pumpkin spice, yet the spice flavor wasn't that strong.
Pumpkin whipped cream also contained spices, thanks to the smooth and a little bit velvety texture covered the characteristic flavors and I mainly tasted sweetness in the end.
With maple syrup, the spices had very subtle aftertaste.

Hash brown
The surface of the julienne potatoes was crispy and some parts were crunchy, and the inside was moist.
I put pepper and some ketchup.
Egg White
The shaped was closer to omelette than scrambled eggs.
It's oily in a good way and the egg white was chewy.
Bacons (pork)
They're crispy, not too greasy, salty and I loved them.

旦那のスタッフの結婚式に出席するため、数日間ラスベガスに滞在しているので、久々にデニーズへ来た。
前日、デニーズの外に今月のメニューが出ていて、新商品の「パンプキンパンケーキ
ブレックファスト」を食べようと思っていた。
他のデニーズのレビューは以下。
レッド、ホワイト&ブルー スラム
金曜の午前10時に着くと待ち時間は15分ほどと言われたけれど、運良く5分ほどで席に
着くことができた。
メニューにはこのパンプキンパンケーキ ブレックファストが載っていなかったけれど、
ウェイトレスがパンプキンパンケーキがあると言い、美味しいと勧めていたので注文。
ブレックファスト＝朝食で、パンケーキの他に卵料理、ハッシュドポテト、ベーコンが
付く。
卵は目玉焼きではなく、白身だけで作ったスクランブルエッグにしてもらい、ベーコンは
豚肉のベーコンを注文。
* 豚肉のベーコンの代わりにターキーベーコン、ソーセージ2本も選択可能。
パンプキンパンケーキ ブレックファスト
2枚のパンプキンパンケーキに、シナモンシュガーがかかったパンプキン生クリームが
乗っていた。
以前食べたレッド、ホワイト&ブルーパンケーキのようにふんわり感を期待していたけれど
今回のパンケーキは少し乾いていて、端は固かったのが残念。
生地はカボチャ味ではなくパンプキンスパイスの味だったけれど、スパイスの香りは
それほど気にならなかった。
パンプキン生クリームにもスパイスが入っていたものの、滑らかで多少とろみのある
食感で甘さが口に残った。
メープルシロップをかけると、スパイスの味が後味にだけ残った程度。
ハッシュドポテト
千切りのジャガイモの表面はサクサクしていて、たまにカリッとした部分もあった。
内側はしっとりしたジャガイモだった。
白身
スクランブルエッグというよりは、オムレツに近い形だった。
オイルの良い香りがし、ぷりぷりしていた。
ベーコン（豚）
カリカリで、脂っこくなく、塩気があり、とても美味しかった。
