Blue Skies From Coalhouse Pizza

After Post Corner Pizza, we moved on to Coalhouse Pizza in Stamford.
When we got there, 80% of the space was empty.
A hostess at the desk was on the phone and just looked at us, but didn't hold the phone to call someone for help or didn't tell us to wait or anything.
So 3 of us were standing by the door and a staff came to us and let us seat at a table.
Soon after, the hostess came with slight angry face and told us we couldn't sit there and we're removed from the table because "there're not enough staffs" so that we had to wait, which didn't let us sit at all.
In 15 minutes or so, finally a staff came and let us sit at a table and provided us menus.
Menu
We ordered a poutine, which really disappointed us.
For pizza, we ordered Blue Skies and it looked like Margherita.
It's a Neapolitan style pizza with tomato sauce, mozzarella, basil, parmesan and evoo, which means Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
The edge of the crust was tallest, but all the way, the whole crust was rather crispy than having soft and moist center where was covered with the sauce and cheese.
The edge and the bottom were browned and fragrant, which was good.
The tomato sauce was sour and I only tasted tomato without any herbs, and when I saw they used parmesan, I'd expected some saltiness yet it's quite plain and I couldn't tell if they really put parmesan.
Being short of staffs is their problem and if they can't let customers sit, they could have hung a note on the door so that everyone was aware of the issue.
Not really impressed by the pizza because the bitter service, I don't think I'll go back.

ポストコーナーピザの次に、スタンフォードにあるコールハウス ピザに行った。
お店に着いた時、8割の席が空いていた。
デスク近くにいた案内係は電話中で私たちの姿を見ただけで、保留にして他のスタッフに
案内をするよう指示したり、私たちに待つように言ったりは全くなかった。
私たち3人がドアの近くに立ったままでいると、とあるスタッフが来てテーブルに案内
してくれた。
するとすぐにホステスが少し怒った顔で来て、席から立つように言った。
理由は「店員が足りたりないため」で、立ったまま待つように言われた。
15分ほどしてやっと席に着くことができ、スタッフがメニューを持って来た。
プーティンはかなり残念なものだった。
「ブルースカイズ」というピザは、マルゲリータのようだった。
ナポリタン スタイルで、トマトソース、モッツァレラ、バジル、パルメザン、EVOO
（エクストラ バージン オリーブ オイル）が使われていた。
耳の部分が高く膨らんでいたものの、クラスト全体がサクサクしていて、ソースや
チーズが乗った部分に柔らかさやしっとりした食感はなかった。
耳と底は茶色く焼けて香ばしく、美味しかった。
トマトソースは酸味が強くハーブ等の味はなくトマトの味だけがした。
パルメザンチーズが記載されていたので塩気があると思っていたけれど、塩っぱさは全く
なく、実際にパルメザンが使われていたのかは不明。
店員が足りないのはお店の問題なので、もしお客さんを座らせないのであればドアに
注意書きをしておけばよかったと思う。
ピザが特に美味しいわけでもなく、接客も酷かったので再訪はない。
