Scorpion Rum From Buffalo Wild Wings

The other day, we saw Buffalo Wild Wings launched new limited time sauce called "Mandarin Kick" and went to a restaurant to try the sauce, but unfortunately it's sold out.
However, we also found another sauce called "Scorpion Rum" on the menu at the table, that wasn't mentioned online, and we got that "even spicier than Blazin'" sauce, which is the hottest sauce made with the unrelenting heat of the ghost pepper.
"Even hotter than Blazin', this sauce has the sting of scorpion, habanero and chipotle peppers, plus Myers's Dark Rum to provide a hint of sweet. These wings come with a taste of vanilla ice cream to help you cool down."
When we ordered snack size boneless wings, the waiter warned us that it's really hot, and I was waiting with a bit of fear.
They're not smothered in sauce but well-coated in the reddish sauce.
It had smoky scent that would have made me cough if I had inhaled wrong way.
It's smoky and slightly sweet at first but the heat didn't immediately come out.
Maybe after 5 seconds, the spiciness started hitting my mouth and tongue, and the heat never left but stayed.
It didn't make me sweat or speechless, but it's definitely very spicy-hot, and the tingling feeling was similar to what I experienced when I had vindaloo curry.
This tiny cup of vanilla ice cream was cool and sweet, and it actually was a good ice cream.
And it helped to take the edge off of the spiky-spiciness and go away faster.

先日、バッファローワイルドウィングスが新期間限定ソース「マンダリンキック」を
提供中だと知りお店に行ったのだけれど、残念ながら売り切れだった。
ただ、オンラインには記載されていない「スコーピオンラム」というソースがメニューに
載っていて、通常メニューにある1番辛いソースの「ブレイジン（Blazin'、燃え上がる）」
というゴーストペッパーの刺激が容赦なく続くものよりも辛いらしい。
「ブレイジンよりも辛いこのソースは、スコーピオン、ハバネロ、チポーレペッパーの
ヒリヒリする刺激に、メイヤーズダークラムが甘さをほんのり足す。辛さを落ち着かせる
ため、このソースにはバニラアイスが付いてくる。
スナックサイズのボンレスウィングで注文すると、ウェイターに「かなり辛いですよ」と
再確認されたので、少しドキドキしながら料理が出てくるのを待った。
ソースがベトベトにかかっていたわけではないけれど、赤いソースが全体に絡んでいた。
スモーキーな香りがし、変に吸い込むと咳が出そうだった。
最初はスモーキーな味とほんのりした甘みがあり、すぐには辛さが出てこなかった。
5秒くらいしてから、口と舌がヒリヒリする辛さが現れ、この辛さは消えることがなく
ずっと口に残った。
汗をかいたり悶絶したりするような辛さではないものの、かなり辛く、チクチクした
感覚はビンダルーカレーを食べた時に似ていた。
小さなカップに入ったバニラアイスは冷たくて甘く、美味しいアイスクリームだった。
また、ヒリヒリした辛さを和らげて口の中から熱が早く逃げた気がする。
