Buffalo Wild Wings launched Music City Fire sauce on September 12, 2016 for a limited time.
As always, I went to Times Square branch on the launch day but they didn't have it, even the waiter didn't know if they had it or not and served me an alternative sauce instead.
Finally, I went back there to try the sauce before it's gone today for lunch, and they sure had Music City Fire.
"Inspired by Nashville hot sauce, Music City Fire is a spicy blend of cayenne, paprika, garlic, black pepper and onion. Served with some dill pickle chips to help you through the glorisou spiciness of this sure-to-be favorite."
Times Square serves lunch menu between 11 AM ~ 2 PM on weekdays.

My boneless wings were all fully coated in the reddish brown sauce.
However, the pieces that my husband received were just scattered, not smothered in the sauce.
Even before I ate it, garlic, onion and black pepper scents were noticeable.
The sauce was a bit sticky and had a hint of sweetness, then quickly peppery and spicy cayenne flavors came out with Tabasco-like sourness.
This sauce was one of the best limited-time flavors, and the tangy heat was very addictive.

ファイヤーを発売した。
いつものように発売日にタイムズスクエアの店舗に行ったのだけれど、ソースはまだ
届いておらず、ウェイターもソースがあるのかないのか把握していなかったため、別の
ソースが代わりに出された。
今日、やっとそのソースを試しにランチに行くと、今日はソースがちゃんとあった。
「ナッシュビル ホットソースにアイディアを得たミュージックシティー ファイヤーは、
カイエン、パプリカ、ガーリック、ブラックペッパー、玉ねぎのスパイシーなブレンド。
添えてあるディルピクルスが、間違いなくあなたのお気に入りになるこの辛くて美味しい
ソースを食べられるように手助けしれくれる。」
タイムズスクエアのランチメニューは、平日11〜14時まで提供されている。
ミュージックシティー ファイヤー
私のボンレスチキンウィングは、どれもソースがしっかりとからんでいた。
旦那が受け取ったものは、ソースが少し散らされている程度だった。
食べる前からブラックペッパー、ニンニク、玉ねぎの香りがした。
ソースは少しベトッとし、甘みがほんの少しだけあった。
すぐに胡椒と辛いカイエンの味が出て来て、タバスコに似た酸味もあった。
これまでの期間限定ソースの中でも特に美味しいものの1つで、ヒリヒリする辛さが
クセになるソースだった。
